Just a panel from page 85 of the comic [link] that I spent some effort on. Beryl is somber at the conclusion of a fleet battle in which lives were lost, but she cannot conceal her pride as she answers questions about the performance record of her unit.
Photoshop and Lightwave. This is the "full-size" colored panel; the linework is inked at twice this size.
An up-to-date character model sheet for Tempo from Outsider. The old reference drawings, in addition to being laughably bad, only showed the front, so I was winging it for the rest. Also, I'm trying to get all the characters in proper proportion and in correct size relation to each other. (The red scale is Beryl's height: 5'6".)
Actually, proportion-wise, the old drawings aren't as bad as I thought they'd be.
Now the only one of the four main characters without a formal model sheet is -- you guessed it -- Alex, the main character.
Just having some fun for a Valentine's project that kind of fell through the cracks. I don't have any pieces in which my characters kiss, so I thought I would do one.
I have no idea why Beryl would be topless in this hypothetical scenario; I was honestly just too lazy to draw clothes on her. I guess I should fix that at some point; it does kind of take the air of innocence out of the scene.
