I'm walking around in the woods, just clearing my mind. The camera is strapped to my back, sun is about to set. I walk along the shore of a small lake, looking for something interesting to capture the sunset with. I spot something, a house, with a beautiful path down towards the water. Nobody is home. No permission granted. Private.
Sometimes you don't keep track on the time, sometimes you miss out on things you've planned. Our memory is a living thing and so is the nature, we forget but often do our thoughts get back. One thing is certain, tomorrow will always bring, another day.
History is always there to remind us about the past. Landscapes and natural structures have been formed and shaped through time. From dusk to dawn air smoothly sweap the earth, bringing memories and spreading knowledge from past never to happend again.
It was a great sunset and I found this windmill to strengthen the comp.
When working with photography it's hard to find things "perfect" since perfect as a term in photography is a rare rare sight. Sometimes the moment is just "there". The atmosphere is correct, tones and balance of the composition feels good and all that's left to manually do is, click, untouched

Often the weather can be foreseen and we make plans from that. Sometimes you should just trust your gut feeling and go with it. Like I did a couple days agoe. The weather was clear blue sky and not a cloud in sight for the evening. Tho, I had a feeling about a change in the weather. I packed my gear and went outside to hours later see the clouds forming above me.
It was one of the best sunsets this year.
Gut feeling? Go with it!
