So, this is my second try to draw a salamander - a mythical creature related to fire. I like the his facial expression - quite mischievous.

I had a lot of fun when coloring it, but now I am almost empty for watercolors, which means that I`ve to travel to the nearby city in order to get the right colors U_U Maybe I can order them in the bookstore? mhm...

I added the leaves, because I spilled quite a large amount of permanent ink on the lower part of the picture X_x I am sooo clumsy, you don`t want to know how my fingers look right now.

Well, hope you like

Materials: micron pigma pens, watercolor, watercolor pencils and black indian ink
Time: +/- 20 hours or so...

Lines:

Time is priceless, but it’s free.
You can’t own it, you can use it.
You can spend it, but you can’t keep it.
Once you’ve lost it, you can never get it back.

Ink and watercolor.
4x6 inches.

Trying out a gravel bottomed pond, and getting more adventerous with light and shadow. It seems to be a bit easier in a slightly larger format.

I will continue to expand this size, untill I get to a full sheet of paper.

This is a request I drew for :iconkyrremann: Hope you like ;) It took me ages to finish this :( I was so stupid to try out my new watercolor paper and I don`t like it at all. The Ink pen wouldn`t cling to the paper and it was so rough that I had difficulties to controll the water flow..argh. Despite all that, it was a lot of fun to draw it.

Well, since the island is in the sky, people have to use butterflies to reach it  So I suppose it`s a very small island. I don`t apply logic when drwaing :XD: Watch out for the lovey dovey couple sitting on top of the marshmallows :D

I am sorry for the bad scan. I suppose it is the paper that makes it difficult to scan. Anyway, hope you enjoy :)

Full view please :)

M:As usual Van gogh water colors/ Ink pen/ water color pencils

Finally finished!
I wanted to have the viewer to make their own story with this piece. The colors are actually much more vivid in person then how it turned out with the scanner. Either way I really like how this came out.

Materials Used:
Watercolor paper (11x14 inches)
watercolors

EDIT: Before I forget again, the center panel with the clown fish is actually inspired by a brilliant photo by
:iconbenjamin12282: called Killer Grasp [link] . Of course his photo is much more vibrant then I can ever hope to get my watercolors without them looking muddy looking.

Edit: SOLD

Here is the colored version of my Undine lineart. I worked on this all day, today. Mainly because it is raining like hell and I was bored ^^; One thing I discovered when drawing this; I can`t draw straight lines. It`s like I have a optical deflection. I suppose that`s my personal curse T_T

In the beginning I wanted to only use different shades of blue for this, but then I put in yellow, green, red..blabla... Lets just say it isn`t just blue anymore. Actually, I am not quite sure if the colors fit together. Yeah, but it was fun to color it though :D

Well, I hope you enjoy.

Full view please :)

Well, it`s winter and it is cold and snowy outside, so I just had to draw a winter related picture X3 May I introduce you to Mr. Frost or Mrs...whatever, couldn`t decide. It does not have a gender :XD:

I tried to keep it clean and simple. Something strange happend to the background. Can`t really explain what, but it`s like it consists of two layers @_@ Arhh.. you probably don`t know what I mean....yeah ^^;

The snowflakes look strange! And yeah that`s a tree growing on the head :XD:

Hope ya like and keep warm in the cold.
