We'll laugh when they call us insane
We'll paint our eyes to match raccoons
And run outside to greet the moon
We'll live in the woods with no one around
We'll find treasure with a map we've found
We'll sing to the stars and dance for the night
And swear that we've turned out alright
We'll stop traffic as we streak
We'll stay in bed an entire week
We'll live off noodles and burnt toast
And I'll always swear to love you the most
Each night, I'll sing you a lullaby
I'll brush your tears back if you cry
I'll hug you when it's all you need
And my arms will never again recede
I'll kiss ou better when you bleed
I'll be everything you need
I'll hold your hand and stay by your side
And always listen to what you confide
I'll keep you safe when you dream
I'll swear they're never as real as they seem
I'll quell your fears, despite all mine
And promise you that it'll all be fine
And I'll keep this up through the good and bad
Still love you when you make me mad

flaming sun up above
Red is for anger.
Red is for love.
Orange is for pumpkins
late in the fall.
Orange for the hair
on my first baby doll.
Yellow is for happiness.
Yellow is for light.
Yellow for the stars we wished on
far away and bright
Green is for summer kisses
laying in green grass.
Green is for four-leaf clovers
hoping days will last.
Blue for the sadness.
Blue for clear skies.
Blue for the ocean.
Blue for your eyes.
And purple feels like moonbeams
and sheets against our skin.
Purple is for victory.
Its every day we win.
Yes, life is a rainbo

So my sister smelt of cheese
I passed a warm gorilla
With a beard grown past his knees.
I broke a lovely vase
Made of pepperoni meats
I usurped the thrones of many
Who had never placed in seats.
I have crossed a bridge of antelope
Rode horseback over seas.
Squeezed grapes at your eyeballs
To be called a lovely tease!
I have often been confusing
Neer have I been considered sane
Ive run scantly-clad in public
And danced barefoot in the rain
I have spoken words unheard of
Yet Ive never eaten crab
I have burned my hands on snow
Set forth to grasp the spiel of gab!
I have baked the mighty pheasant
Till its ham had come to roast
And for some forgotten reason
Cant stop contemplating toast
