Tsuna was walking off to school one morning, making sure his backpack was well balanced as he went along, lost in thought.
Eh? Tsuna turned around to see Gokudera running toward him, waving at him. Gokudera-kun!
Juudaime! I'm glad I ran into you! The gray-haired dynamite expert came to a stop before his Boss, lighting up at seeing him. Baseball-idiot is sick with a cold today! It's just us today!
Oh, Yamamoto's sick? Tsuna looked puzzled. Although he felt a bit intimidated that it was now just the two of them, he didn't mind so much since Gokudera was practically his best friend, right? He was the first friend he'd made that never called him no-good Tsuna.
Yep! So Juudaime, want to walk to school together? If you'd rather walk alone that's fine, but I do want to make sure to be close by so I can protect you just in case maybe someone like that pineapple-bastard comes and tries a fast on

Splash, splash, splash.
The leather boots of Quarter Queen, thirteen year old girl of Mexican origin, produced that sound every time they came in contact with the many puddles scattered along one of the main roads of the city.
It was said to rain only thirty-five days in a year in Los Angeles, and it seemed the girl had found exactly one of them. However, the shower that had taken the residents by surprise on that sultry August afternoon didn't stop her run.
Tu-tum. Tu-tum. Tu-tum.
She made her way through the passers-by equipped with umbrellas with the agility given by her young age as she held close two bags from the department store, where she jealously kept a mini-skirt, a yellow tee with a deep V neck, mascara and vanilla gloss. She shielded them from the storm with care almost excessive, for all her dreams of living her life like a normal teenager were kept in those bags.
A life that didn't include the bullying from her classmates, devoted to more superficial things

You knew this was a bad idea. Helping the terrorist fugitive John Harrison aka “Kahn” even though he acts to be on our side. Something wasn’t right, and Spock had the exact same feeling.
Taking over the bridge of the Enterprise, Spock commanded for communications with New Vulcan. On screen, his elder and alternate counterpart Ambassador Spock was shown. It has been a while since anyone on board, including yourself, had last seen him during the incident with the Romulan, Nero.
They exchanged their greetings before continuing on.
“In your travels, did you ever encountered a man named ‘Kahn’?” the temporary Captain Spock asked bluntly.
The Ambassador took a deep silent sigh before speaking, “As you know, I have made a vow never to give you information that could potentially alter your destiny. Your path is yours to walk, and yours alone.” You cou

You nodded and pulled the hood further over your face. The leader of this operation really didn't need to remind you of your orders. Failure was not expected, nor even an option for you. The employer, a harsh Italian man by the name of Rico Vetero, had made that quite clear in your briefing. He wasn't your employer by choice, but as he had valuable leverage over you, obedience was required. After all, any person would be willing to give everything they had in order to save the last thing that mattered to them in the world. And you were no different.
The other hired men moved into their assigned positions. They were just the distraction, the flashy guns and loud noises that would keep the servants busy. You were the real threat, the real killer. You would wait, and then like the deceitful snake you had been trained to be, you would strike when it was least expected. Right at the heart of the household. The Earl Phantomhive. You honestly

"It's just dinner with my parents, Leonard. It's not THAT big a deal." you told him as you put on a black heel.
"Well, maybe not to you. You know your parents. Your dad called earlier and I could SENSE the hatred in his voice." Bones grumbled as he tried to fix his tie.
"He doesn't hate you. I hope." you replied, mumbling the last part.
"I heard that!" Bones called from the bathroom.
You rolled your eyes then went into the bathroom and stood behind him. You pulled his hands away from his tie then started fixing it for him. "He's not that scary. I promise. Just talk about the Enterprise, sports, and alcohol and you'll be fine. Promise." You stood next to him and kissed his cheek then went back into your shared bedroom. "Besides, it's my two older brothers you should be worried about."
Bones suddenly appeared in the doorway, looking scared and wide-eyed. "You have BROTHERS?!"

It was a regular Sunday morning, well early afternoon to be exact. The sky was colored with a brilliant blue with the occasional white streaks of clouds in the sky, the air clearly fresh.
But, sadly, you were not enjoying this weather.
In contrast, you were lounging in your house, watching (favorite show) while laying down on your couch. Your (e/c) eyes were mesmerized as the pictures on the clear screen kept changing, not having a care in this world. You could’ve been outside doing some work around the house, but your inner procrastinator is released on peaceful Sundays like this. You let a little bored hum, as your hand worked its way on the remote to find the perfect channel for you.
You could’ve called some of your friends over to hang out, but you kinda felt like a burden for them at the moment. You let out a little sigh as you turned over, laying on your back to face the now fascinating ceiling.
Sundays always make you like this, its been a routine.

It seemed that after a while, the walking corpses forgot she was there and dispersed. She watched the
