This pegasus was made from a G3 Sew-and-So pony rehaired with Katsilk hair in Orange Blossom, CM Yellow, Platinum White, and Caddy Red. Wings were made from Apoxie Clay over wire. Eyes and wings were painted with acrylic and sealed. Removable tiara made from Swarovski crystals and beading wire.
I couldn't resist this pony. After doing Corpsey all that time ago I planned this pony, who couldn't. Hasbro created a pony they call Parasol with umbrella's as the emblem, and Resident Evil created a Zombie related corporation called the Umbrella corporation. It lends itself so perfectly to being remixed together. Presenting my Umbrella Pony. She has Parasols skin and hair colourings and umbrella emblem, however the umbrellas have been given Umbrella corporation colours. The pony has also been given Zombie features such as an exposed cheek bone, gauged out eye and exposed back leg.
I have made 2 versions of this pony, many more pics of all angles of the pony can be seen on my website under "other customs" here: [link] That being said, this pony was made from a G3 My Little Pony named Sunny Daze that I rerooted with Katsilk hair in CM Midnight. The eyes were repainted, one ice blue and one brown, with the black "stitched" eyebrows and messy red eyeliner in acrylics and sealed. The tattoos were painted in acrylics and sealed also. The "leather" pants and boots were sculpted from Apoxie Sculpt, painted and sealed. There is a lot of detail in them that this pic doesn't show, such as the tread on the bottoms of the boots.
This was a commission from Obscuria at the MLPArena. She wanted a zombie and after a discussion we decided to zombify one of her personas.
I was allowed to have artistic licence with this pony and after consulting with Obscuria, I decided that feathery wings looked too 'retty' for this design and so instead those mammoth bat wings were born.
Obscuria wanted the eye makeup to resemble Gerard from MCR and so I gave her that reddish brown eyeshadow, with dark eyeliner.
Her symbol is the MCR logo (tiny guns in a circle) and thats one of the few things I am not entirely happy with.
She has a bone leg, lots of wounds (including the ones around her wings from where they sprang forth and unfurled) and nice yellowed zombie eyes.
Her stripeys and her neck tie are very dirty and stained with blood, because I figure this is the kind of pony who would have loved to run through a muddy graveyard causing havoc. Since she is one of the Undead, I figured her stripeys needed to be tattered and torn - after all, what kind of self respecting zombie would be seen with clean white stripeys on??
She has the word Revenge carved into her leg and the blood is running down her leg and pooling on her stripeys ^.^
Her wings are stained and splattered with blood. The claws are literally dripping.
Obscuria also loved the bruises on Ransom and so she requested that this pony be bruised and bloody. I did my best to comply She has bruises all over her body.
She has been rehaired with Platinum white from Restore doll, Raven black and Pillarbox red from Dollyhair. Its been cut very raggedy and uneven. Her sculpted bits are made from Magic Sculpt.
She is going to be off to her new home tomorrow, but Obscuria has given permission for this girl to be shown off now ^.^
As always, to see all the pictures of this pony, to see the detail in the corset and boots and such, go to my website here: [link] She is listed under "corseted ponies". This pony was made from a pink G3 My Little Pony toy. The symbol was removed with laquer thinner, eyes repainted with acrylics and sealed and the corset, boots and striped stockings were sculpted from Apoxie Clay, painted and sealed. The hair was rerooted with katsilk hair in Evergreen and Noir. The hat is removable and is completely handmade out of black cotton fabric (kind felt-like feel) and green cotton fabric. There are little holes in the hat for the ears to poke out of The broom is also handmade out of Apoxie Clay over wire and tinfoil (wire and foil used to bulk out and stabalize the Apoxie Clay.)
This pony was made as a private commission for Ladyseashell. To see all the pics of this pony please visit my website here: [link] Ladyseashell wanted a purple pony with blue and black hair with a frilly polka-dot corset and this is what we came up with She was made from a purple G3 My Little Pony named Garden Glade. I removed the original cutie mark with laquer thinner then rerooted the mane and tail with Katsilk hair in Noir, Azure Blue and Sapphire Blue. The corset, boots and anklet are made from Apoxie Clay, painted with acrylic and sealed. The eyes were painted green with dark silvery eyeshadow and sealed.
