The Kawuneeche Valley in Colorado's Rocky Mountain National Park is a unique place, unlike other areas of the park, areas of which are covered in marshland...an area I don't really shoot very often as I usually concentrate more on the Estes Park (east) side of the park. It was quiet when John
( *Glitch-Chaos ) and I were shooting down here. The light had a nice glow about it...one thing that I love about this side of the park--it is Moose country. It is just a beautiful area and one I look forward to getting back and visiting again soon.

I hope you all like it

Spring is in the air ever so slightly, even though it's still winter in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.

Mount Evans Wilderness, Colorado

It is so beautiful up here, being able to look out the peaks at eye level, and feeling like you are on top of the world. I guess though, you literally are being up here. there is a wonderful silence, along with a wonderful sense of peace. I hope I was able to capture that here.

Thuderstorms and Sunflowers

Severe thunderstorms captured over a field of Sunflowers in Colorado...an amazing scene I was able to witness, needless to say I am thankful I was able to be in the right place at the right time to capture Mother Nature's drama.

I hope you all like it

Storms Over The American West

The sound of the thunder is something which I have always loved, it just has a certain romance about it, and perhaps even more so when it is happening at dusk...here the sun was starting to go down behind me to the west, and the storms were starting to form over the eastern plains with the rain starting to fall...a beautiful scene caught in the rural country part of Colorado.

I remember when I used to dream
I remember watching a thousand skies
How it all seemed so real
So utterly real
...I woke up.

Boreas Pass, Colorado

Riding in a Jeep is a good thing, and often times it allows you to get to and stop places that otherwise you just wouldn't be able to get to. Case in point, this little area of Boreas Pass, that ~Glitch-Chaos and I came upon in his Jeep. I about flipped seeing this whole scene, completely just perfect...and I was all but screaming lol Stopping in the middle of the creek with the Jeep, I framed the shot and just sat and listened to the creek and smelled the wildflowers.

Summer in the high country...there is just nothing else like it!
