What does 'Character Design' mean?
The character design is the process which comes after the characterisation and consists in defining the character through his/her physical appearance.
We need to consider a character as a little fictional creature, human or not, that aims to please its creator and the public as well.
While the basic characterization of this fictional creature (his tastes, his fears, his behaviors) may take a little mental effort, as it is a sort of list of emotions, facts and feelings that come and go in the life of a character, the process of visual realization of this creature may not be as simple. That's why many writers and characters creators prefer to rely on experienced hands.

So, :icontroyhoward: has been banned, and already we are getting a shitstorm of major proportions.
Right now, many people believe that he didn't "abuse or attack people" and that it was just a "little game" and that they were "eyewitnesses" to the event.
Guess what?
You're all a bunch of fucking liars.
His "game" was nothing more but a failed attempt at getting free fanart.
He did happen to abuse and harass people by threatening them to not only draw troll art of their character, but also mentioned that he would do "worse things" if his requests were not met.

I think I've been wanting to cosplay for like.. two years now? Yeah, I've been an otaku for quite a while now, but the 'cosplay' thing never got me anywhere. Why? Because I never knew how to get a costume. Besides.. I didn't know who I should cosplay.
I had watched various animes, but my favorite characters were either boys or.. I didn't like the clothes. I'm not quite able to cosplay as boys either. I didn't want to cosplay people who were just wearing a school uniform or anything of the like, I wanted something special. In the end, I started to think of Kagamine Rin. She's my favorite vocaloid after all. (Next to Len though.) But I didn't like the fact that you could actually see her legs and her belly, so I just couldn't decide if I wanted to do her or not.
