3 Days Regret - Part 1Twilight Sparkle was woken by the light from Celestia's midday sun shining through the window, the intense light barraged her closed eyes stirring her from her sleep. The lavender pony was comfortable unlike most mornings, her back wasn't in pain as it was after nights spent on the floor of the library, but in fact felt massaged and soothed. Twilight enjoyed the feeling as she readied herself to sleep in, though it wasn't long until a new beam of light distressed her eyes again forcing her to wake. As her eyes opened the blazing light caused her to flinch, as her gaze began to come into focus the light resided behind a figure looming over her. Only a second passed before her eyes focused enough to make out the figure before her sight, a beautiful white mare sat by her side shielding her from the window's light. "Good morning Twilight Sparkle." Rarity said sweetly, brushing her hoof over Twilight's mane. "I was close to needing to say good afternoon." She laughed lightly continuing to p3 Days Regret - Part 14 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

Dusk was sitting at his desk in Twilight's home, the orange glow of a nearby candle providing all the light he needed, pouring through an old book. He loved it.
He'd tried out may of these spell for himself, and although his talent was nowhere near as refined or impressive as twilight's he still prided himself whenever he managed to pull something off. As for this particular spell-book, it was an older copy of one of Twilight's favourites, teleportation. It was a concept that fascinated him. Being able to transport yourself instantly from one place to another. It was something he looked forward to doing for himself.
Overall, Dusk was pretty happy with how his life had been turning out. Ponies liked him now, he'd made many new friend

Sunshine walked past the rolling hills, the darkness slowly being chased out. No birds chirped, no animals stirred, only the towering fortress of Fort Cloudsdale made any motion. Clouds puffed up and out of the fort, rainbows began to pour out of the lower cloud pools. Below the billowing fort stood a lone wagon, a lone metal wagon. Along with it a small group of ponies walked about it, Joan, the Doctor, Celt, Marshal and her deputies, Gala, and Zeth Brecora.
"I look ridicules " Marshal Dash sighed as she remarked her full body uniform. Dash and Celt were clad in wagon carriers uniforms, a uniform worn by wagon pullers that had more body protection on them, but our use was for hiding Dash's and Celt's identities.

"I'll be heading out now!" Applejack yelled, not expecting any sort of response from anypony.
The sun was out with a very comfortable morning temperature with the sound of birds chirping happily outside. A certain orange earth pony was simply trying her best to enjoy her trot into town, yet she grew more worried with nearly every step of the way. The day seemed utterly normal and ordinary as any other pony would describe it, but not to Applejack. Today's visit to the hospital was not only important to her, but to Fluttershy above all.
It pained her that she'd have to tell her friends what she discovered in the field, but felt just as bad for not telling the whole truth yesterday. Though it felt like the right thing to do at the time since Rarity's sudden outburst at blaming Trixie. How could she even begin to image what the others might think if they misunderstood her? The sun was just setting over the horizon of Ponyville as Twilight Sparkle and Spike were heading out of town towards Fluttershy's cottage. The air was beginning to cool as the bright orange warmth of Celestia's sun began to descend. Twilight smiled as she made her serene walk along the path with Spike nearly half awake on her back.
"Remind me why I have to tag along," asked Spike, still feeling sore from organizing books non-stop all day in the library.
"Because I'm worried about Fluttershy and I need you here for this. I think she's been feeling really sad lately."
"Yeah, but I don't see how that's uncommon. Doesn't Fluttershy get depressed about something on a weekly basis?" Spike said, still grumpy from his work session.
Shocked by his words Twilight stopped on the creek bridge as she turned her head around and gave Spike a hard stare. Taken by the surprise, Spike snapped out of his grumpy state; realizing what he had jus

Twilight had only seen such staff once before in Canterlot said to belong to Star Swirl the Bearded. She sat down in front of the Alicorn who smiled at her.
"This is Ponyville...um..."

"Honestly?" I said, the doctor nodded. I thought about for a minute, If it were possible yeah I guess I would. Sure I'd miss my family, but if it meant a simpler life; No need to worry about money, getting a job, paying bills... then sure, I'd gladly trade it all in for something better hopefully. I looked Dr. Sandison straight in the eye and replied "Yeah I guess I would."

I had plenty of time before Kyle was coming over. So, I just got out my Nintendo Gamecube that my uncle gave me for my 13 birthday and started playing some video games. My favorite was 'Call of Duty' 1 and 2. I had already beaten them at least 5 times. But I was trying to see how long it would take me to complete the whole game. So I played the first 'Call of Duty' first.
A couple hours went by. Went I looked at the clock it said 12:45. I had 15 minutes before 1 o'clock.
"I better wrap this up. Just the last of this board and done the game."
I was almost finished with the end of the last board when a snipper got me while I was crossing the bridge and died for the first time in the whole game.
"S***!! How did I miss that guy!!", and I covered my mouth after I said that. But no one was around so I just took my hand off my mouth and I put the game away.

I'd seen him before.
At first I was afraid of what I'd seen. I was seven. I could not see his face, for the sun had set and shadows surrounded me as I walked along the edge of the forest. I only saw his eyes: glowing red, staring at me through the darkness. But by the time I had acted upon my childish curiosity and walked over to where the eyes were, he was gone, disappeared into the shadows of nightfall.
It made me nervous. I wanted to know what it was I had seen in the forest. So my mind made up possibilities. I had dreams. They were intense dreams, violent dreams. I would awaken pumping with adrenalin, wanting more but never remembering what I had seen or done. And of course, there were the nightmares. In those, the eyes would haunt me, follow me, watching, always watching.
After a few weeks, sometimes months, the dreams would stop coming. Then, I would see his eyes again and the entire cycle would start over.
Eventually, I came to my senses and told my par
The College Drag, Part 26It was a hot, stuffy and muggy night. I ended up waking up three times in the night. I tossed the covers off me the second time and the third times I took my shirt off. That finally made me cool enough to get some sleep, at three in the morning. Dang it. I said and then let out a long yawn.
I rolled out of bed and walked to my closet to get a new shirt.
Screw it, I dont care enough. I said to myself as I kept walking and went to my bathroom.
After doing what I had to do there, I went upstairs to get my breakfast. It was just past six in morning, so I was the only one up besides Dad who was in the kitchen getting his breakfast as well.
Morning sleepy head. he said as I got to the top of the stairs.
Morning. I replied, still a bit sleepy so I wasnt ecstatic with my words.
The College Drag, Part 27The next morning came and I woke up. The first thing I checked was if the door was still closed. The second thing was if my pants were still on. Both checked out. I carefully untied the bell and cracked the door open just a bit. There she was, still fast asleep under the covers. I went upstairs to make a nice big breakfast for her. Lets see. I said to myself as I looked over what we had, Bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausages and deli meat. I guess a nice large omelet with a ton of meat in it will do.
So I set to work on making a very large meat filled omelet. I may not have a very large range of breakfast meals I can cook, but I make a mean omelet. I used the biggest skillet we had to make the jumbo meat omelet. This thing took nine eggs to make a proper sized omelet. After filling it with as much meat as it could hold, I tossed into onto a plate, put from hot sauce on it, added some basil for presentation and

Chapter 1: High And Dry
It was a pleasantly warm day in Ponyville. In the town's library, the purple unicorn known as Twilight Sparkle was dealing with a different type of houseguest. While she was honored to have such a guest, she was a bit bothered with the fact that a princess was taking up residence in her home.
"Not to be nosy or anything, Princess Luna, but why is it that you are here in Ponyville again?" the purple mare asked as she was helping the royal alicorn arrange her new quarters in the basement treehouse.
"My sister insisted I should take a break from the royal and formal atmosphere of Canterlot. She claims that I should get to know the common pony again and get back in touch with them," Princess Luna explained as she used her magic to fixed the blankets on her bed so that they were neat and orderly.
"Princess Celestia does have a point, I mean, after the Night Mare Night incident," the purple unicorn thought al

Pinkie Prefers her Pasta Plain...Itching eyes never lie, but that day Pinkie Pie stuck her hoof in the wrong one. It was, as she was about to learn, one of those very special anything-can-happen days, one of those days when the wake-up itch was in the wrong eye. She soon found the right one and gave it a vigorous rubbing, really digging her hoof in to get the itch out of there. Big brilliant blotches of pastel danced across her drunken vision as she sat up in bed and fluttered both her eyes at the room.Pinkie Prefers her Pasta Plain...3 years ago in Humor More Like This
Somewhere in the mess of her tangled tail, under several layers of soft, warm blankets, something stirred from its rest and began poking about in earnest. Pinkie giggled as her little bed fellow nudged and napped playfully at her flank. She threw the blankets aside and pulled out the young alligator, holding it high and nuzzling its snout. "Time to wake, Gummy! My right eye is all itchy-twitchy today, and you know what that means!" The pink pony put on her widest, most toothy smile as she batted her bright blue eyes at

The fact that these dragons were once normal human beings is quite frightening to the masses. I would like to ask you two on your views of recent events and what advice you have for our viewers at hom

Oh, youre back. Scales said as he got up.
It seems like you guys have made yourselves at home. I said, looking at the mess they had made of my living room.
There were empty soda cans on every table, decimated bags of chips and a licked clean plate that still smelled of pizza rolls.
Sorry, Ian said while he grabbed some of the trash, We were going to tidy up before you got back, but we kind of forgot.
And we kinda ate all of the pizza rolls, chicken tenders and frozen pizzas you had in your fridge. said Scales, We got hungry.
Its okay man, I understand.
The College Drag, Part 19I was hoping for a good morning, sadly then other dragons had come up with another idea. I was just sleeping peacefully when I was forcibly awoken by them grabbing my arms, legs and tail. My eyes shot open to see Scales had a grip on both my legs and Ian had my tail in a stranglehold. I looked at my right side to find Arcade there with that arm locked tight and Jake was on my left and he had my left arm locked tight in his arms. The College Drag, Part 196 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
Sorry Farm, Scales said, but we had to lie to you so youd fall asleep thinking that we were done punishing you.
You can consider this the end in it, Jake said, We swear it.
What are you going to do? I asked, fearing what this ending punishment was.
Youll see. Arcade said with a twisted smile on his muzzle.
They carried me out of bed, up the stairs and outside.
That looks like it should hold him. Ian said, pointing at the big locust tree in the front yard.
The College Drag, Part 31When I woke up I felt a shiver ran down my spine all the way to the tip of my tail. My back tensed up and my eyes shot open. I felt like something was very wrong, but I couldnt hear anything to indicate that. The chickens werent clucking, the goats were quiet so that meant everything on the place was in order. I rolled out of bed and put on my normal outfit. I would stop whatever I was doing for a moment at random times and listen for anything wrong; I would get just the normal sounds back. Now the seniors were gone, and he wasn't in the group of marchers getting most of the lectures on fundamentals. Now he was helping the rookies learn the ropes. Now, Dave was only 14 going into sophomore year, but ridiculously big for his age. Freshman year people thought he was a senior held back. Being at 6'11, there was no surprise. Now, he was 7'3, perfectly healthy, with broad shoulders and not ripped, but in very good shape. He was normally gentle, and very timid. But when something angered him or threatened someone he loved, he became very intimidating.
