Meeting Toothless' human
I blinked my eyes open to see the fire that had been roaring in its little spot for hours, was put out. I wasn't as sore as yesterday, which was pretty fortunate. Also, I could move again. I turned my head to my other side. Toothless was not lying beside me. At that moment, I panicked because I felt alone and scared as much as before. It was a horrible feeling.
I faced my head to be surprised to near death. I saw toothless staring at me with his big beautiful eyes. "*sigh" he was standing right over me, which made my stomach fill with millions of butterflies.
He said to me ("Glad to see you're awake! Do you feel ok? You took quite a beating yesterday.")
("Yeah, I'm fine. I'm still sore, and a lot of the pain from my wounds is still lingering. I'll just have to deal with it .. Uhh did I sprain my leg or something?")
("Yeah. Didn't you notice the pain in your leg?")
("No actually. I guess there was just so
Ch.11 Fight For Your Future As Daemon and Stoic stood inside the Kill Ring, the sun shown down on them brightly, and undisturbed by any clouds in the sky as these two readied themselves for what would be the fight to decide Berks future. "Are you ready boy?" Stoic said as he was taking of his cape and leather armor.
"Yeah, I'm ready. But are you sure you don't want to keep those as extra protection?" Daemon said with a smile.
"Don't worry....I won't be needing them." Stoic said as he casted aside his unneeded clothing. Just then Gobber came into the ring, and approached the two combatants.
"Now I want a good clean fight from you both."
"Me!? You only shou

It was an early morning on the island Berk, an island inhabited by the feared Vikings.
It had rained horribly during the whole night, and had left everything on the island soaked. A thick mist clouded the island and the endless sea around it, making it hard to guide oneself around.
Despite that, the young Viking girl Ingrid was strolling around the island with her dragon, Arvid. The mist made the dragon shake its head every now and then, annoyed over not having a clear sight. They were heading towards the dock, where all the fisher Vikings had gathered that day. She didn't know why, and she was a bit curious. The dock was crowded with people, carrying all kinds of equipments and nets. She tried to find someone to ask about this peculiar event. The crowd only grew and grew, and suddenly, she bumped into someone.
"Hey, watch where you're going!"
It was a recognizable voice. The person she had bumped into was carrying a

The Great Battle
The great beast reared it's head up and roared to the heavens. The dragons at its feet retreated back into the nest, some being snapped up into its jaws as they flew skywards. As other dragons flew in, my mother came out. She just hovered there, at the top of the nest, then she roared. The roar got the dragon's attention. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!" I screamed. But it was too late. The dragon had already focused it's attention on my mother . . .
A heartbeat passed . . .
Everything went silent . . .
Then the great wyrm snapped my mother up in it's jaws.
I looked on in horror as the dragon gulped her down. Tears filled my eyes . . . My mother . . . my poor, innocent mother . . . killed instantly. It hardly seemed fair. I started feeling really hot. My vision suddenly turned red. Nothing mattered anymore. My mother was dead, and I needed to take a life for a life. I had to kill the beast, no matter how big it was. I felt a sudden heat as flames started to

Voices called through the fog, anxiously searching for lost friends in the blinding miasma. Astrid shivered. She'd been in this exact position before, only now it was worse. Last time Hiccup and Toothless had survived because Toothless had slowed their fall. Now, Toothless had been out cold, and Hiccup couldn't do anything to help the dragon. Death loomed in the cloying mist, the stony black ground littered with the fallen corpses of men and dragons.
Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, the twins' Zippleback, swooped low over the party that Astrid was part of, silent as its twin riders in their search. They landed a short distance away, by the search group that Stoic was in. Astrid saw the viking's chief talk to the twins, and they only shook their heads in response. She looked away, instead searching to her right.
Stryker was stood among a cluster of bodies, searching the smoke for something. Unlike everyone else, he wasn't calling out to the lost dragons and viking. Astrid br

Hiccup grinned to himself as he ran back to his house after dragon training. He had successfully "defeated" a dragon without harming the beast and he was glad. He knew that if he actually hurt one of the dragons, he'd never be able to look Toothless in the face.
His smile widened at the thought of his black dragon and he hopped the stairs up to his house two at a time so he could get there faster. Today was an extremely hot day. Extremely hot. So today instead of going flying with Toothless, he had something different planned.
He opened the door to his house and went to the cellar, that stored their fish and he grabbed his pack and filled it. He
