Based on 2 tutorials, I have given you a view about Worbla's Finest Art.
Today I want to bring you his little brother closer:
Worbla's DECO Art
For all american friends: it is similar to Friendly Plastic. Nevertheless I want to show you the handling of this material closer.
The Worbla materials work similar. A second tutorial on Worbla's Deco Art will come soon, too.

Hello and welcome to my second tutorial. I made this one especially for Thomas today.
Here are some pictures on "How to use Worbla's"
But first: What is Worbla's?
Worbla's Finest Art is a thermoplastic that's ultra cosplayer-friendly. It cuts easily with a knife or a pair of scissors.

I've moved to Etsy! Being a full time college student with a very packed schedule, I needed a way to control how many TOMS orders I received.
Harry Potter TOMS: https://www.etsy.com/listing/108269409/hogwarts-toms?refr_shop
LOTR Rivendell: Currently not sold
A Day To Remember: Currently not sold
Pick/Design your own: You can note me on deviantart or comment on this journal if you have something custom in mind
Why did you change the service?/Did the cost go up?
Because summer is over and I am back to being a full time student, I don't have the time to receive half a dozen TOMS in one weekend and get them out at a reasonable time with the amount of college work I have. The price has gone up a bit, simply because I originally underestimated the cost to send the shoes and materials needed. The new price pays for the TOMS, shipping, and the decoration.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!
I don't fuck in my suit, dude.
That's seriously messed up, an I don't know a singe person who does that.
I don't even think it would be possible.
Hell, that would likely be a serious waste of money, since a good suit costs around $2000, and is custom made. I don't see you cleaning bodily juices out of it without destroying it.
Not sure where you got your facts, but that's pretty offensive, and completely incorrect."
...Er, a fursuiter isn't someone who screws in an animal costume. Wears one, yes. Fucks in it? For the overwhelming majority, no >.
On the Subject of Korra -Old and NewI think people are so hellbent on clinging to the characters from the past series that it's gotten to a point where the mere idea of any new main character from The Legend of Korra being their "own" character that doesn't have some sort of super secret special ties to a character from the previous show goes way over their heads. Ex. Mako has to be related to Zuko, this character must be Aang's illegitimate kid, Tenzin and Lin Bei Fong had a lovechild that turned out to be this character, Amon is probably Azula's son, or some other insane theory about how every new character that's introduced has to have some sort of hidden clandestine ties with a preexisting character from the old series. On the Subject of Korra -Old and New3 years ago in Personal More Like This
We already know The Legend of Korra is going to have some ties to the old series, and there will be some future episodes that will feature characters that had ties to past characters (such as an upcoming episode titled "Skeleton in the Closet.") But at the same time, to just assume every new character
'Why Are We Even Talking About This?'I get that phrase a lot, that and "over react much?" whenever I bring up ANY issue, be it from a video game, politics, or whatever. There seems to be a lot of people who just don't wanna talk about anything at all, and would much rather these discussions just not exist so they can get on with their lives.'Why Are We Even Talking About This?'1 year ago in Personal More Like This
You'll be unsurprised to learn that I don't agree with that wisdom. In my books, if you don't do anything, nothing is going to happen. If there's an injustice in the world somewhere and you stay silent, that injustice isn't going to fix itself. It will just keep happening. That, my friends, is complacency.
Then of course there are those people who don't believe that the world will ever change, therefor there's no reason to try, and actively try to stop anyone who dares to stand up for something. I can't begin to describe how annoying that mindset is to me. It's almost sadistic in it's very nature, by actively trying to stop people from making the world a better place by being dismissi
Being Critical =/= HateLooks like I need to remind people about this again, as yesterday I got several comments in a row from people who assumed that me being critical about something automatically translated into me outright hating it. I don't know how to stress this enough but that's not the case... You can be critical of stuff you like and not hate it. I don't know why our culture tries so hard to force everything into such black and white terms but come on guys, really... being critical and smart about what you love doesn't mean you hate it.Being Critical =/= Hate1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Take the Dragon's Crown comic, for example, in which I was critical of the Sorceress's design. From that someone hypothesized that I must HATE the game, and that's farthest from the truth. I know full well that Vanillaware is an amazing studio and they do fantastic work. One of my favorite games of theirs is Muramasa the Demon Blade. Dragon's Crown has scored really highly and it's most definitely worth your money to buy/download it if you can. BUT... I can still be

Earth Day: The Inspiration of the Natural WorldSince human beings harnessed the secret of fire the natural world has been seen by many only in terms of how best it can be exploited of its abundant riches. It’s amazing now to look upon the desert sands of the Arab lands and know that this place, the cradle of earliest civilization, was once known as “The Fertile Crescent.” All Europe was once one great forest – until all those trees were needed to create the naval armadas of dueling empires. Only the Earth’s natural forces, like earthquakes, have been more destructive and wasteful than humanity.Earth Day: The Inspiration of the Natural World3 years ago in DeviantArt Announcements More Like This

You probably know this situation: You need to do serious stuff, work on very important things, or simply get your shit done. Then you turn on the scourge for mankind a.k.a the Internet because you're a master of procrastination and want to look up something. Just for a moment.
After reading a Wikipedia article about sharks, two hours later you end up with a site about how to build bombs. Or watching cute animal videos. Most likely both.
With me, it were neither sneezing pandas nor bombs but Disney songs on Youtube. From time to time i just feel the urge to cherish some good old childhood nostalgia again and what would be better for that than watching openings of the old tv-shows you loved or the ever popular songs from Disney, Dreamworks and friends? Disney songs in particular are perfect for that.
After a while and because i mostly see the links on the right, i continue with Disney songs sung in other languages fo

A Pop Culture Interpretation of The Supernatural
Every culture around the world created gods and other mythical beings by mixing and matching fanged and taloned animal parts—e.g., enormous eagle heads on lions’ bodies—human beings have always seemed to need to believe there are powerful and usually quite vengeful supernatural beings lurking just beyond the candlelight.
Supernatural beings come to serve several purposes:
They kept people on the lighted path of truth and goodness, fearful of exploring beyond;
They were a reminder of the punishment we deser

Well it was good. It was a lot of fun, and worth seeing. But not in theaters.
There's really not much I can think of to say about the movie. I could see how it was going to go in my mind's eye, and really... there were no surprises. I went in pretty much knowing how it would go just from the previews, and I was right.
That's not necessarily a bad thing, but we've come to expect so much more from Pixar, and I'm disappointed really. This is the third mediocre movie I've seen from them--in a row, too.
When I first heard that Monsters Inc would be getting a second movie, I was excited. Then I heard that it was to be a prequel and automatically the alarm bell went off. And when it was clarified that it was to be about when Mike and Sully were in college the guns came out. Because really, everything before Monsters Inc is irrelevant. I could not imagine a story that

I have an idea DA!!!I know you are looking for super useful things to add to DeviantArt! Please consider this! It would make life significantly easier for people with or without subs!I have an idea DA!!!3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Somewhere on the top bar of the profile page, make an optional add on a Commission button!
If you choose to display this you can set it to either "Commissions Available" "Commissions Closed" or "Not taking commissions" for example.
If one of the former two, the button is a link to url of users choice, be it a journal entry or webpage, with their commission info.
Can you see how brilliant this would be? Visitors would know straight away if they had a shot at commissioning the artist rather than having to ask, and non-sub members can show this info without needing a custom box or having to copy and paste the same info in all their journal entries. C'mon DA, you know you love it! I don't need any credit!
As a side note, the button should be color coded! So if the button says "Commissions Available", it will be in say, a friendl

So please, go check out my picture and favourite, share and help!
If you don't accept criticism, you won't improveThis statement is, to be blunt, incredibly stupid. I see it repeated around DevianART and, as bad as it is hearing it from the general public, I have to laugh uproarously when I see it coming from an artist. I usually try to be more diplomatic, but sometimes my inner Snape just can't be contained. If you don't accept criticism, you won't improve3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Here is the reality of the situation. A person who is building a set of skills can improve without feedback of any kind. Through trial and error, a human being can identify their own mistakes and, with honest work, rectify those mistakes. To say that this is not possible is so counter to reality as to be absurd. I could give thousands of examples but I'll just say this: if it were not for an individual's ability to invent skills from within themselves we would have absolutely no skills to pass on to other people.
Is this a good reason to reject any kind of negative criticism or criticism in general? Does this mean that criticism is useless? Absolutely not. This

My Progression as an Animator at DisneyA friend of mine is writing a book on animation fundamentals and asked me for a "paragraph or two" (which I can't do) on the subject of timing. It was good therapy for me to really think this through and consider the order of things. I hope you enjoy it. "Like" or "fav" this so others will see it too. My Progression As A Disney Animator
by Tom Bancroft
Walt Disney is quoted as saying that it takes 10 years to make a great animator.
When I was first coming out of California Institute of the Arts and joining a Disney internship in 1988, hearing that quote was devastating. 10 years? That's FOREVER! I wanted to be a full-fledged Disney animator in TWO years! I rationalized that that was a way of thinking from the 40s and today, we move at a quicker pace, so-
