I jolted up from my sleep. Another nightmare. I see the same thing every night. The pale, blank face of a man in a suit. I really need therapy. I checked my alarm clock to see the time. 7:45 A.M.
I dragged myself out of bed and walked downstairs. Sitting there were my 3 friends. Mike, James, and Carter. They already made breakfast. "Hey, you need to set that alarm clock to a louder noise. We didn't even hear it." By the way, we all live together as roommates. To save money on separate houses. Plus, i don't any of us could get enough money to pay the rent for 4 different houses. Oh, and also, my name is Toby.
I sat down at the table and slammed my face against it. I almost fell asleep again until some one slapped me in the face, put down a plate and yelled, "EAT SOME BACON AND WAKE UP." Typical James.
I lifted my head and ate the bacon and eggs on the plate. "Hey, have you guys ever heard of that mythical creature that lives in the forest?" Carter asked. James laug

It was a normal night. Zehnder was walking around, Esther was following. So far nothing too exciting had happened. They were walking in silence, and there weren’t many people out either; it was only about eight o’clock.
They were passing by the park, and Zehnder stopped. He motioned for her to stay quiet, and then entered the park. Staying out of the light, Zehnder looked around. Esther followed, trying to not make any noises; such as stepping on a dead leaf.
Zehnder looked over towards a park bench; someone was over there. He pointed at the young woman sitting on the bench, signaling that she was his next target. Esther expected him to simply go up behind her and smash her head in, but instead he walked away. Esther followed, confused, but interested.
Zehnder walked a little ways into the woods; far enough that a scream would be hard to hear, but still close enough to the park that it was easy to get to.
“I’ve seen that girl at the park before with her boyfrien

It was a quiet, sublime morning, which was a near impossible task in my household. Had it not been for the fact, my siblings were off, whether at work or studying at institutes, the home would have been a buzz of chatter and life. Yet the peace did little to stifle my unsettling nerves that creped along the vertebrate of my spine. I took to work automatically, eating a simple meal of cereal with a plastic spoon.

It all started out when I saw sitting at my kitchen table as I was enjoying a nice warm hot chocolate. I just came home from spending the day with my mom and I was pretty tired from the whole experience. My mom though had somewhere that she needed to do still so she just dropped me off and went on her way, so I was home alone. I was only home for what felt like minutes when I heard a knock at the door.
I sighed as I got up from the table and headed over to the door to see who was there. To my surprise it was my best friend Andrew! I hadn't seen him for a few days and he looked really

I was on the computer, looking on ebay for a new game. Dad gave me some money, about $10, and said I could buy a game as a gift from him. I was looking at some old games, because that's all $10 would get. One game did catch my eye, it was Pokemon Fire Red for the GBA.
Why not? I've never actually played the old Pokemon games, and I've heard from my friends that they think generation 1 is the best. They were selling it for just $3, that was such a bargain! So I decided to get that game, and just saved the rest of the money for when I needed it.
About a week later, the game finally cam

It was raining heavily that day on December 16th, 1947 the day it murdered 19 children from that town. The ice cold rain brought despair to the little town of Baden-Württemberg in southwest Germany. The fog that surrounded the town was dense as it poured out of the nearby forest, known to the locals as The Black Forest. The forest was like a black void; no one knew what dark creatures lurked through it other than the children of the town. The children had nick names for it: Der Grosse Man or, what it liked to be called, Slendy.
The boy ran through The Black Forest. He inhaled the cold air into his body, freezing his innards, slowing his body down. Lightning illuminated the dark forest followed by the loud claps of thunder. He ran behind a large tree trying to catch his breath. He held his side as his crimson blood flowed down from the deep wound in his side. His eyes were swollen from long periods of crying while he ran through that black void, the forest. The dense fog

Anyway, I don't remember the code, but I remember the first odd instance: even though the letter 'O' was coloured a dismaying red, I still managed to key in the letter (unusable letters and characters are coloured red, while available ones are white). A warning message popped out after I tapped the 'END' option:

WTF? All in caps? What is this? But then I just shrugged it off and tapped 'Yes' anyway. After selecting continue, I went to 'Job List' and saw the job request:

I'm twelve years old, I guess I'm fairly pretty. I like Pokemon a lot, especially my Emerald Version. At least I think I do... Life confuses me.
See, I'm depressive... So I play Pokemon to wear off the sadness, it's like living with a pet, except... Well... Nobody hates me. And I can play with my Pokemon forever. It's a world where I can live freely and train to become stronger, better than the rest. Better than I am in real life.
I went upstairs quietly, because my baby brother was asleep. He's two years old. My mother was in her room, reading a book, and my dad was at work. It was a cloudy day... But there was no rain. I went into my room and closed my door softly. With a sly half-smile, I picked up my DS Lite from the dresser. It already had the Pokemon Emerald cartridge in it, and my SoulSilver version, too. I started up the GBA game, sitting on my bed. The opening credits already started to comfort me, it reminded me of the past... the good past. My only past.

The tall man stood there, the yellow glaring eyes on his bandanna staring at her. He didn’t say anything, just looked. Esther saw him turn his head slightly, looking at the dead body of Ron, and then back to her. Finally her took the cigarette out of his mouth and flicked it to the ground.
“H-how long have you been standing there?” Esther asked. The tall man stared at her; she was beginning to have a small doubt that he even could talk at all. But then he uttered a short laugh and responded.
“About the time you started shattering the bones in his left hand.” He laughed again, and then was silent. He stared at her, as if waiting for something.
“Well?” He said impatiently.
“Huh?” Esther looked up at the tall, intimidating man.
“You got my attention. What do you want? One does not simply follow around a sadistic being without wanting something.” The amusement had gone out of his voice.
“Well, do you remember me?

I am a boy who plays RPG games, such as YS, Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy and mostly, Pokémon. Why Pokémon? Because its story is awesome and I love how the Pokémon look like. I am a fanboy of Snorlax, because I think Snorlax is awesome, despite his look. When the 4th Generation games came out, I became amused at Snorlax's pre-evolution, Munchlax, because it looks kind of funny. However, what did not amuse me was the so-called "Gonbe Effect", but that's another history.
I had a cartridge of Pokémon Fire Red, where I caught two Snorlax; a male and a female. I named them "Laxsnor" and "Snory" respectively. The names were after the Pokémon Stadium games. Everytime I challenged my friend, whose name is Rick in his Leaf Green (mine is Gar), I would always do a double battle against him and beat his entire party with Laxsnor and Snory. He always asked to himself how I beat him with the Snorlax duo.

" Okay, you guys ready to see the birthday girl's last present?" Sarah's brother asked.
" You bet!" Sarah bounced out of her chair.

Whatever it was, it was pretty tiny.
" I bet it's another pair of earrings," Eric muttered in my ear.
" Oh, that would be so boring," I replied, watching her surprise as she opened the box.
" It's a Pokemon!" Sarah excitedly threw the Poke Ball into the air.
One kid, a seven year old, screamed in terror of the sight of this Pokemon. It was a Hypno. It did look a bit creepy, but friendly looking too. I didn't blame the kid. If I was his age, I'd be screaming too, at the very least.

No matter how many times I saw the ending to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2, I would always cry. Call me whatever you want; I don't care. When I finally got to play it, I put it in my DS and turned the power ON. A young girl of only 16 lay curled up on the couch in the living room of her small trailer which she shared with her mother and her dog. Her parents had divorced and she was a high school junior. She had a boyfriend who loved and adored her and treated her like she was pure gold. He, in return, meant the whole world to her. He was her whole world, and he made her dark world just a little bit brighter. The poor girl was a schizophrenic, the voices in her head taunting her at all hours of the day and night. She was depressed; it was quite hard for her to be happy. These were just a few things among a list of many.
As she lay on her couch, she cried silently into her gray pillowcase, her tears and muffled gasps slowly putting her to sleep. Her mother had already gone to bed, and was sleeping peacefully. And as the girl drifted off, a figure watched her through the blinds of the window: a tall figure with a pure white face and han
