Chapter 1: Ambling AboutSoft rays of sunlight filtered through the dissipating storm clouds, the remnants of the mid-day rain forming murky puddles on the old, cracked sidewalk. The clicking of high heels echoed off of the wet pavement, where a young girl who looked only the age of 16 stepped lightly, her lavender cloak trailing along softly behind her bare, skinny legs. For a casual walk, she was dressed elegantly; A violet dress that flowed softly down to her knees, dark black high heels, and a matching scarf wrapped around her slender neck.Chapter 1: Ambling About4 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Gently, she trailed her hand along the brick of the building the broken-up path was winding around. Her nails where newly polished, a dark black with lavender circles painted on them; A closer look would show something that most people in these parts would understand, and those were transmutation circles. Of course they didn't help her much, which is why her black arm warmers had a more elaborate transmut
Chapter 3: AgonyArtoria stopped in her tracks, her eyes now looking suddenly anxious. "Nythil " She whispered, dropping the small tabby to the ground, landing on his paws. She kneeled down on the cracked walkway, pushing her hands roughly against the brick wall, her eyes spilling out tears like a fountain. Her breathing became hard and heavy, her chest rising and falling like the flapping wings of a hummingbird. She looked at the grey tabby, standing right in front of her between her and the brick wall, a few of her teardrops had landed on his pelt and made his fur smooth down. "Nythil It's happening I can't ." Her sentence hung in the air as she rested her head on the brick, before she managed to choke out the last word. "Breathe." Of course she could, but hardly. Her heart was thudding at a fast pace, and she needed to gulp in more and more oxygen, but to no avail.Chapter 3: Agony4 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Chapter 9: ExplainationsNythil's dazzling green eyes shot back to look at Ocean for a moment, then he continued to watch the path he followed as the ragged cracks in the sidewalk changed. The concrete from the walk had completely vanished now; It was just a stony path alongside much abused buildings that seemed to shriek for help. Nythil's movements were fluid and almost like second nature as he padded along in silence, leaving the question to hang in the air.Chapter 9: Explainations4 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Finally, Nythil began to speak in response. "We're going to a building down further in, where I know Calisto wouldn't think to look so early on." Nythil's tail flicked slightly, as if something was bothering him. "I suppose I owe you an explanation, too, now don't I?" Right as Nythil said that, he slipped through a hole in one of the broken down buildings which would be big enough for Ocean and Artoria to slip in too. The place was obviously old and beaten down;
Chapter 7: Unhappy MeetThe cool water was helping Artoria even more, enough that she could speak much more clearly now. "Well, hello Ocean, I am Lupa Artoria Servia, the Violet Alchemist for obvious reasons. Nythil is a very good cat, yes. You could say he's got a gift, himself." With that comment, Nythil smiled with human understanding, purring quietly as Artoria's fingers stroked his fur. "As for what happened to me, I have a medical condition where my heart starts to palpate quickly, caused by heat, mainly And dehydration at times. Or sometimes even at random."Chapter 7: Unhappy Meet4 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Before Artoria could continue, Nythil got to his paws, turning the other direction and leaping off of the makeshift stone bed. A vicious hiss slipped out of his throat, the feathery fur on his haunch and hackles rising like bristles. Artoria glanced weakly in Nythil's direction, but her eyes widened, guessing exactly what it was that was making Nythil act i

Ocean felt a tugging on his jeans and looked down. There was a medium sized grey tabby cat tugging at the bottom of his jeans with its mouth. Ocean wiped the tears from his eyes and put his hand on the cat's head gently.
"So, little cat, what do you want?" As he said this, the cat watched him with human understanding, and concern. It walked around in a circle and meowed, as if beckoning Ocean to come with him. "Okay, I'll come with you." The cat probably wanted someone to play with, or some food. Something to get his mind off of Kiera. Ocean stood up and looked down at the cat. It again walked in a circle, this time around his feet. Then it began walking down the sidewalk. A little ways down, it glanced back at Ocean, who wasn't following. The cat went back to Ocean and walked forward again, as if trying to make Ocean follow. This time, he follo

It took a few seconds for everything to sink in. The cat talked, a guy came over who was saying he was the cat's brother, said the cat was the girl's boyfriend It finally hit him that the cat had told him to help. Ocean leaned down and picked the girl up from off the stone bed. He held her with one hand for a while, while he used his other hand to guide the stone bed back into the sidewalk. He adjusted the way he was holding Artoria, to make sure he didn't drop her. Ocean walked behind Nythil, looking down to make sure he was walking behind him and not on top of him.
Ocean followed Nythil, while holding Artoria, who was sort of like a rag doll. She was sort of weak from loosing her breath. Despite that, Ocean carried her with ease down the sidewalk.
"Hey, Nythil, where exactly are we going?" Ocean didn't know the area very well, since he had normally stayed in his house o

The sun was shining brightly through grey clouds. The outdoor air was cool and fresh from the rain. The puddles on the sidewalk reflected the bright colors of a rainbow. To most, seeing this would be a great way to cheer up. A great way to feel your best. But, most people is not everyone. There will always be one or two people who need something more than a bright day to cheer up.
A boy was walking lazily along the sidewalk. He was looking down, but he wasn't doing it to prevent himself from stepping in the puddles. He stepped in one and it splashed over his old, worn black converses. Some of the water had also reached his jeans, leaving the dark blue denim a darker shade of blue. The boy stopped for a second and knelt down to the water. He looked into the puddle and saw his reflection. White hair with streaks of blue and icy blue eyes. He took
