3D Camera TrackingToday I learned this. Camera tracking. Basically it is a very simple thing. I select points on the first frame of the video, Blender tries to track those points. This is my first attempt:
As you can see I used my Sburb logo for this little test. The reason for that it is much better than the Blender monkey head. The low poly count helps me to render it fast. I am really happy with this, one of my best "first attempts".

I did take one suprising thing away from this 3-month process though; I realized that the images that I spend less time on look better! What's up with that!?!?!?!?!
Oh well...I'll take that to heart when I start creating my next work in Blender. I'm still uncertain what I will work on next, though the thing that bugs me most is my Avatar. (Heh heh...That's when you have problems, huh, when the thing that bugs you most is what your Avatar looks like!?!?!)
Anyway, I plan to take a break from aircraft modeling for a while and try something a bit more whimsical...and hopefully less time consuming.

your doormat after the postman had delivered it? Well I have!
Today I heard the mail falling at my doormat and I went downstairs. What
did I found? A white hardcover envelop with my name on it and it was sent by
deviantArt. I opened it, I was sooo curious, because I had nothing
ordered. Inside was a beautiful photo and it was the photo from my
Wishlist.
Once while browsing I found this photo:

There are many artists on here who I admire and find give me inspiration to keep going. One of the first I came across who really blew me away is
:iconLen1: Lenord.
His entire gallery is magic. I really find his style very visually appealing and creative and would recommend anyone to have a good poke around his gallery. His titles for his pieces are always excellent and well chosen too.
