Seattle has such character. I'm originally from Austin and I was always told it's Austin, but colder, wetter, and bigger, and boy were they right. I loved it there.

Taken by my Sony Cybershots camera :D

I like this one. I like the picture in general but I was playing around on Picnik --> [link] and suddenly! I loved the picture even more than I had before.

I just like how I could make it look warm and bright while still being covered in ice. Which is how it really was. All the colors were there they had just been frozen from the ice storm that had blown through.

How do guys think I did? With the composition of the photo and with the editing.

EDIT: In the opinion of the Sony DSLR Calender Contest the season is Autumn.

" And in her eyes you see nothing
No Sign of Love behind the Tears
Cried for no One,
A love that should have lasted years.

You Want her, You need her,
And yet you don't believe her
when she says her love is dead
You think she needs you."

-Track10: For No One| THE BEATLES

What is within her heart, none can ever know. The lady who hides her emotions behind a fish mask. Athena is aware of her own charisma, And she makes those people who love her suffer. Including me.

:la:My entry for the skribble contest! :la:

So I made a few sketches, and the one I came up with the pack is a fish-shaped mask. It's been hard to think of something out of it, but I made it a point that I wanted to make the lines very much seen, and not hidden in the artwork. So there goes the fish mask, very much appreciated infront! Yay! The grayish snow flake patterned background gives a light "feel" and mood on the final artwork, I think. And there's the coffee tear. Hee.

And of course, the girl, and the blush, and the thousand lashes.

no denying -- everyone dreams of flying every so often.

i was on a flight from Hong kong to Jakarta in january this year when i looked out of the window and saw this. the view was almost like a dream to me: it was a broad valley of clouds... with a lake of thin air and a beach of sunset rays. a dream land, if only you could fly up there.

but it was no reality -- that's why i put the plane's wing into the frame, to snap me back to earth.

everyone dreams of flying every so often -- but never let your dream possess you.

evil vs good. I played a bit with the concept of having light for good and dark for bad a bit. I know it's been done before but I think you will like the context.

these are two sisters who have very different intentions for each other.

please support and ad to your fav.... I will appreciate it :)

much love

Resubmitted for this contest. It can't hurt, right?

It makes sense to me to use this photo because a lot of people tend to overlook small things and don't really understand that there are tiny worlds in the bigger one we live in, kind of like James experienced in the movie. :)

This is for the OCs at their Best contest, Digital category!
PLEASE WATCH HERE (in 1080p HD!):

The GIF doesn't do the animation justice...plus you get cool outdoor sound effects that I recorded from my yard.

My OC Russo enjoys the winter and the cold, so exploring in the snow is when he is at his best.
