I’m on a roll! Three submissions in a week! :boogie:

Belle is, without a doubt my favorite princess. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite movies, and I always wanted her yellow dress.
However, the yellow dress hates me. I cannot draw it to save my life; as such I cannot doll it. It’s the pickups. I can’t do pickups. They are evil. I can, though, make dresses with lots and lots of tiers. So that’s what I did.
Overall I’m happy with this one.

One more left and then this series is over! I already have another one planned. :)

You know those days when everything just seems wrong? Like everything hates you? When everyone you’ve ever known and befriended simply has to be playing some elaborate joke on you?
Today is that day. I need ice cream.
Enough of my moping though; typing feels really strange every time your hand hits a tear drop. It’s cold.

This took a month. I hate her skirt.

Commentary isn’t my strong suit right now. Sorry. (I should start a tally of how many times I apologize to you guys.)

This section is going to be rather sparse: my grandfather died less than a week ago so my ability for witty commentary is very limited.

With this one I have finished the Disney series (now I just have to remake Snow White and I’ll really be done... ) and I’ll probably move all these dolls to scraps and just put up one big piece that’s just all of them in a row. Not sure, but I think I’ll probably do that.

Comments would be much appreciated; they help me focus on other things which I really need to do right now.

Edit: Made a few changes. Nothing big; just gave her some more hair, put more volume in the top of the skirt, and added a few more shadows.

My shading has gotten rather…inky…hasn’t it?

For every step forward I take with this project I take a step back. So far I’ve completed six of the eight princesses (nine, if you count Tiana—but I’m holding off on her until her movie comes out) and I’ve made ten dolls—four of which have been to replace the not-so-good originals.

Hopefully I can manage to get over this “it isn’t good enough so it must be redone” frame of mind and actually finish the other two princesses. And then go back and do the second versions of these ladies.

GAH!! EVIL GRAPHICS PROGRAME!! EVIL!!
Ahem, now that I have that out of my system; when I was almost done with this one I realized that I had messed up on something (can’t remember what it was now) and went back to fix it. And the undo button decided it wouldn’t let me go back far enough to fix my mistake, even though I hadn’t closed the damned thing before I made my error and, therefore, should have been able to go back far enough to set it right!
So I had to get creative. I am now done being creative for a few days.

After looking through my gallery I realized that I had yet to make any scantily clad ladies. How shameful.
Because I disliked my original Jasmine I decided to over-sexualize her—not hard given that she had that little slave outfit, I just had to slut it up a good deal.
Thus did I kill two birds with one stone. The above two paragraphs were meant to be funny, but they probably weren’t.

I’m sorry that this took me so long to upload this. My internet security expired and it took me a few days to get it replaced.

This doll was started way back in September…and it took about a month before I was satisfied with the dress design. I drew in out, on paper, probably five times before I found a design that would look good in a digital medium.
…There’s something about her face that just irritates me.

It feels like this took forever…but it actually only took four days. Apparently my internal clock needs to be wound again.

Let me just take a moment to say: I refuse to acknowledge the existence of Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World. I solemnly refuse. The only part of this film I will not outright deny the existence of is the cream colored dress Pocahontas wears at some point. That dress is the only tolerable part of that movie—which doesn’t exist.

I didn’t really like my original Ariel and I had realized that not one of my Disney girls was wearing a poofy dress, so I decided to make a new Ariel in her pink dress—well, a pink dress.
Her skirt reminds me of a jellyfish.

Ooh, a quick update. Nifty.

So I’m going to do a doll of Belle in her yellow gown and one of Tiana and then I’ll be completely finished with this series.

I hope this is recognizable as Aurora, the dress design took forever and I couldn’t manage to make one that looked a whole lot like her original outfit without it looking really strange. I couldn’t decide whether the dress should be blue or pink so I went with purple (a rather pink purple but whatever).

*Dead*

So. Much. Hair.

I did this in...holy crap, a little over five hours. That would explain why I'm so burned out. *Dies again*
Was working on Wendy, but things happened and I decided I hated it, so I tried to make Ariel. This is the first time I've ever made a mermaid and once I finished her hair and tail I just went on auto-pilot, so that's why a lot of it sucks.
Now my eyes are tired. Need sleep.
