We dissect the human brain to find out one enigma, the reason why fried eggs are better than scrambled ones because of its axial position near the cerebral core gaining the much needed neuronal semen after a visual masturbation manifesting into a dream image infused with heresy

Because this artwork contains both elements of 3d and Fractals I have put it in both categories.

ESSAY
Speak Visual: Design Digital

Imagine if you will, sitting at the most powerful telescope on Earth. You can aim almost anywhere and see the stars.
Now what if you could go in even further, into the heart of the deep space and focus in on the speck of color you now see. Imagine you don't need all of those long exposures picking up the color of the gases individually, but that you could somehow bring all of them into view with just a click of a button, instantaneously. What glorious vision is now yours to behold. You sit in awe of the magnificence of the Universe.
You see dust clouds of colors beyond your wildest dreams, and nebulae giving birth to new stars. While novas extinguish those that already exist. There is chaos on a Universal scale, tantalizing, stimulating your visual cortex, and bringing forth a crescendo of emotions. It Speaks to you Visually, but this one was designed digitally. Mother Nature had no hand in it.

Or perhaps you wish to journey into the abstract, twisted visual images creating an Idea that you then interpreted in your own unique way. No brushes or pencils needed, just the wondrous programs on your computer, which allow you to explore a new medium of expression. It is a new way to visually stimulate others through digital computer graphics.

That is what Speak Visual: Design Digital means to me: To have the ability to evoke emotions through artwork, photographs, and computer graphics.
To create an image which reaches the inner core of a person and pull forth an emotion, whether it be one of mirth, love, puzzlement, contemplation, sadness or even anger. It is a medium that allows me to express my inner visions, my emotions.
Whether it is a Universe of stardust, a colorful fractal, a head scratching abstract or whimsical robots skirting the fringes of the galaxy; I have at hand the most powerful tools to Speak Visual: Design Digital, my computer, my emotions and my imagination.

Thank you for this opportunity.

Background created using Apophysis Fractal program, PS, Universe software and rendered in Bryce6.1, models bought from Daz3d.

"I awakened this morning, I was filled with despair
All my dreams turned to ashes and gone, oh yeah
As I looked at my life it was barren and bare
Without love I've had nothing at all

Without love I've had nothing
Without love I've had nothing at all
I have conquered the world
All but one thing did I have
Without love I've had nothing at all

Once I had a sweetheart who loved only me
There was nothing, oh that she would not give, oh no
But I was blind to her goodness and I could not see
That a heart without love cannot live

Without love I've had nothing
Without love I've had nothing at all
I have conquered the world
All but one thing did I have
Without love I've had nothing at all"

Apologies to old watchers who've seen this before - this contest is motivating me to clean up a few old works! :D (And I can never quite believe how messy my drawings are... O_o )

Anyway, this was from Dance of the Sticks ;P

I am procrastinating on 'real' work and trying to get as many designs done with the contest to motivate me as possible.
