Onyxia and her brother Nefarian from "World of Warcraft".
------------ Due the current Situation: If you'd like to use my pictures, for youtube-videos for example, ask me for permission FIRST. My English may not be the best, but I think it's just a thing of politeness to ask me for permission first. It annoys me that third-party users have to tell me that my work was used. ------------
Crap... theres an error... *stares murderously at computer screen* ... maybe no one will notice...
Besides that... YAY! I DREW(or would it be painted?) ONYXIA! Took forever to make the lineart then took me all day today to color and add scales(i stopped several times to do chores and stuff but it basically was an all day task) I think that she turned out pretty awesome! Way better then the was Deathwing turned out :S Though i believe her horns are WAY to bright but sadly when i finished them i couldn't change the color without the lines fading so i left it as they were.
The above picture might be considered a spoiler.... you've already seen it haven't you? Ups. Too late.
So I was watching a video of one of the new raids in World of Warcraft Cataclysm, namely Blackwing Descent and what else should I see but undead Nefarian and Onyxia... Now a lot of you might know that I love dragons, I think the undead are awesome and undead dragons... Dude look at that thing... I probably can't do her much justice but hey, its Zombie Onyxia. Makes me wanna begin raiding when I reach 85 (I might give it a try, previously the only raid I've ever completed was Zul Aaman which I did at level 80 so it was pretty easy... I don't wanna do raiding for the gear, I want to do raiding to see cool stuff! Might be because I come from Roleplaying and Adventure games... How many people play Final Fantasy just for the sake of getting the Ultima-weapon?)
Once again I drew a dragon with scales, obviously I didn't learn from the Alextstrasza-pic, the 3D-model I used as a ref had scales and such I had to draw scales It should be obvious where I started though since the scales on the nose are more detailed than the ones on the tail, by the time I got there I was bloody tired of drawing them.
