This is a custom My Little Pony named Cocoa Blush. She started life out as very matted up Rarity the Unicorn. I removed all the glitter from her face and rear end, removed her hair and replaced it with Saran hair in platinum white, cotton candy pink and ruby red stripes. The wings were completely hand sculpted with Apoxie Clay over a wire frame that goes into her body for stability. The cupcakes and flower symbols were also sculpte with Apoxie Clay with Swarovski crystal accents. Then the eyes, wings and symbols were painted with acrylics and sealed. The tiara is removable and is made from beading wire, Swarovski crystals and cultured pearls.
This is a custom My Little Pony named Jukebox Julie. I started her back in 2007, but after rerooting her and sculpting and painting her little socks and saddle shoes I decided that I was really unhappy with her neck seam as it was wider than I'd like. Well, I dug her out of the bottom of the bait box recently, hair all tangled up and looking kind of sad and decided to finish her up anyway. It's not her fault she has a bad neck seam after all.
She was created from a G3 my little pony that I don't recall the name of. I rerooted her mane and tail with Katsilk saran hair in hot pink and teal stripes. The socks, saddle shoes, corset and poodle skirt are sculpted from Apoxie Clay, painted with acrylics and sealed. I also repaint her eyes as well. She is for sale on ebay under the name Messiah6 and will end August 2nd, 2009.
This pony was made as a private commission for Whippetluv. It is of her pony persona, Whippetluv, of course The pony was made from a G3 My Little Pony named Crystal Lake that I rerooted with Katsilk hair in Platinum White, Sky Blue, and Purple Passion. The eyes were repainted in acrylics and sealed. The corset, boots and anklet were sculpted from Apoxie Clay, then painted and sealed. The horn was also sculpted from Apoxie Clay, painted to match the body color and sealed. The symbol was designed by Whippetluv and then handpainted in acrylics by me.
This is a custom My Little Pony that I made for CuddlyParrot. She won a raffle at a My Little Pony collectors convention for a commissioned pony of her choice from me. She loves birds and wanted a pegasus that was designed aroun the American kestrel. This is what we came up with together. The wings are hand sculpted from Apoxie Clay. Hair is nylon from Dollyhair. The eyes, little black spots on the body and the wings were all painted with acrylics and sealed.
This pony was made as a private commission for Rochi-901 of her persona pony Lady Tulip. Her persona normally has wings also but we decided to leave them off so that she could have a nice corset instead I have a more traditional custom of this pony in my gallery. This pony was made from a yellow G3 My Little Pony. I removed the original symbol and rerooted the hair with Katsilk hair in Caddy Red, Orange Blossom and CM Yellow. I added a unicorn horn made of Apoxie Clay that has been painted with acrylics and sealed. The eyes were repainted and sealed. The corset and boots were sculpted from Apoxie Clay, painted and sealed. The symbols were handpainted also.
This is a custom My Little Pony that I did as a trade. I was asked to do a custom like my previous Cocoa Blush but with a purple color scheme. So I decided to go with white, lavender and deep purple for the hair, the change the cupcakes to vanilla instead of chocolate. I'm pleased with the results
Made from a G3 MLP named Rarity the Unicorn. Rerooted with saran hair from www.restoredoll.com. Wings hand sculpted from Apoxie Clay. Crystal accents are Swarovski. Painted in acrylics and sealed.
After Hurricane Ike I was without power for almost 2 weeks. During most of that time I could not work due to no power at the vet clinic I work at so I sat around making customs in the dark with a little LED headlamp strapped to my forehead. This is one of the ponies I made during that time.
This is a custom My Little Pony entitled Sweets to the Sweet (yeah, yeah....I like Candyman, lol). She was made from a white Hasbro blank pony (you can get them from Hasbro's website) that I rerooted with Restoredoll hair in orange and black stripes. Her corset, tights, arm warmers and boots were hand sculpted from Apoxie Clay. I then painted everything the clothing, eyes, and close to 90 teeny candy corns and then sealed it all for protection.
She is on eBay right now under the ID Messiah6 and will end next Saturday night (10/18/08).
This pony was made as a private commission for Teasle. It is of her persona pony Tamaska, but without wings in order to make the corset possible. One of these days I'll figure out how to do a corseted pegasus darn it! lol. Anyway, she was made from a G3 My Little Pony named Seaspray that was rerooted with Katsilk hair in Purple Passion, Caddy Red and CM Midnight. The corset, boots and anklet were all sculpted from Apoxie Sculpt, painted in acrylics and sealed. The symbol was designed by Teasle then handpainted onto the pony in acrylics by me. Trust me, that pentacle and wolf were NOT easy to do. I may have to upload a seperate close up of the teeny tiny little wolf as this picture doesn't show the detail. The eyes were also painted in acrylics and sealed.
As always, to see all the pictures of this pony, to see the detail in the corset and boots and such, go to my website here: [link] She is listed under "corseted ponies". This pony was made from a pink G3 My Little Pony toy. The symbol was removed with laquer thinner, eyes repainted with acrylics and sealed and the corset, boots and striped stockings were sculpted from Apoxie Clay, painted and sealed. The hair was rerooted with katsilk hair in Evergreen and Noir. The hat is removable and is completely handmade out of black cotton fabric (kind felt-like feel) and green cotton fabric. There are little holes in the hat for the ears to poke out of The broom is also handmade out of Apoxie Clay over wire and tinfoil (wire and foil used to bulk out and stabalize the Apoxie Clay.)
