I started this one yesterday and ended up working on it until 2:30am... I got so into it I lost track of time. But I eventually got some sleep and finished it up today. It's created entirely in Inkscape, except the circle on the top right and jpeg conversion was done in Photoshop.
The longer I worked on this the harder it was because it was starting to slow Inkscape down. Probably from all the gradients... just about every single shape or line has a gradient fill. Redrawing during zooming was especially slow, though still managable. I added circle in Photoshop to show some of the detail lost in the low-res rasterization.
PS If you can't read the text, that's a "Vector" brand guitar and an "AmpScape" amp
PPS The title alludes to the fact that Inkscape is free and open source, and an absolutely rockin'! go to [link] and check it out
