Yona is a travelling priest and spellcaster. Being a member of religious order she travels the realms of steamland in hunt of spirits and daemons, protecting and rendering justice.

In SteamFantasy world the machinery is powered by steam and spirits thus the machines have 'souls' inside them. Spellcasters like Yona could catch the free spirits or fight the awaken ones.

ps. I did my best trying to introduce this character to you without spoiling any details.

'Agni devi' means 'goddess of fire' on Sanskrit. This image striked into my mind almost unexpectedly... so I've got to capture those mystic and exotic feelings.

A present for a good friend. I spent most of my time designing her costume. It's always fun to paint ladies.

A friendly wink for ~TENnaomi I know it looks strange but I'm not that skillful at drawing pretty boys hehe.

I just warmed up my brushes and that asian lady appears on the canvas. These freestyle doodles are horrible without refs usually but she looked very promising.

I usually tend to avoid submitting sketches and unfinished works. But in this case I can't resist to share the upcoming art with you.

This is a perfect example of 100% spontaneous work, which pops-out from your head without pre-planning or even thinking. I like such unexpected experiences.

Now I need to find a model or put my imagination on steroids to paint that body-scape...

For this piece I wanted a cinematic, movie-style look. If you're familiar with old masters religious work you'll probably notice some echoes here.

I know people are tired of these fantasy ladies but sometimes you couldn't resist their magic and paint like mad.

These are blood elves couple I paint for ~Davo861.

It was really tough to capture the right feel for Soraya. I repaint her face 7 or 8 times until I've got the right look.
