Chief Charlie Burns liked to think that he was an easygoing guy. Especially for a single dad and police officer.
He was lenient with his children, though he couldn't really call most of them children anymore, and allowed them to have more freedom that most their age, even growing up. Three of the four were full-fledged adults now, and were currently attending Emergency Responders classes, to take up the mantle for the jobs that Griffin Rock so needed.
And then that left Cody.
Still mourning his mother's death four years ago, the boy was usually alone, whether it be at school or at home. Even now, as the chief made dinner in preparation for his elder children's arrival, Cody was up in his room playing video games or building model airplanes, or whatever it was kids his age did. It was disheartening, to say the least.
As Charlie stirred several pieces of chicken breast on the sizzling frying pan, his brow furrowed as he brooded, and decided that pe

"We have to hurry," he panted, hugging the wheel. "If these Decepticons of yours manage to decipher the mad Arab's book, Earth will know a darkness unlike any since its most primordial past."
"You still haven't told us how this ritual works." The voice, commanding yet warm, filled the cab of the truck, seeming to emanate from nowhere. "Surely releasing these 'Old Ones' of yours isn't as simple as reading a book?"
"The Necronomicon isn't merely a book," Carter replied. "Without a cult of followers, the Decepticons would have to chant the words en masse to bring about the awakening."

In Armored Truck mode, Bulkhead cruised along the desert road toward the Autobots hidden base. Sitting in the passenger seat with her headphone blaring was Miko. Miko had stopped by the store to get some groceries for the base. "So Bulk," Miko asked between head banging and stuffing cookies in her mouth. "How's things been since the new recruits arrived?" Miko was referring to the new Autobots that shown up on Earth. Jazz, IronHide, Prowl and Skids and Mudflap and the Dinobots. Which was good since the Decepticons had been increasing their own ranks recently. "Oh it's been great!" Bulkhead said through his speaker system. Though given the recent destruction of Breakdown he couldn't help but feel a bit for lack of better word ...He didn't know...He just didn't expect him to be gone.
"It's Wonderful to see so many old friends after so long!" Miko nodded in agreement. Though she had to guess what Bulkhead really meant by "So Long". She knew the longev
Friendship is Prime: PrologueIt was a bright, sunny day, in Equestria. The Canterlot Garden was filled with beautiful greenery and all different kinds of statues made by hardworking artists lined the garden's outer edge. However, one special statue was placed in the center of this lush garden. It is a statue of a Draconequis, a rare mythical creature whose body parts consist of those belong to a spectrum of other animals, from a lion's paw to an eagle's claw to a snake's tail to a bat's wing to a dragon's leg and even a pony's head! The peculiar thing about this statue is the position the creature is in. It appears to have arms outstretched, not for embrace but rather to try and fend off something. Its facial expression was one of absolute terror. Yet within this petrified sculpture, there lies a dark secret.Friendship is Prime: Prologue3 years ago in Sketches More Like This

Chapter 1: A Traitor Revealed
The vast network core of Paradron's nexus chamber was sparsely illuminated with the ominous iridescence of violet lit steel paths which trailed up to outline the silhouette of a monstrous throne. In it sat a slightly slouched behemoth, also vaguely apparent in the gloom which enveloped it. Thin; almost translucent tubes were suspended from a vast conduit, through which flowed a greenish blue substance into ports just visible on its right wrist assembly. Both the darkness and the tide of sile

"Jack!" Arcee called out eagerly as the young man stepped out of the old white car and slammed the door forcefully. Much to her shock and somewhat to her affront the human ignored her and stalked past the startled Autobot into Ratchet's lab. Miko bounded out of the passenger side of the car shouting for Bulkhead.
"Ratchet!" Jack called out.
Arcee winced at the controlled fury in the human's voice and wondered with a stab if she'd done something to offend her friend.
"What is it, Jack?" The medic asked wearily. Even the insensitive medic could sense the seething furry in the usually placid human.
"Mom had to let me keep the car. Could you bridge her here from home to pick it up when her shift is done?" Jack asked, clearly making a herculean

It was a relatively quiet day at Autobot Omega Outpost One. Arcee and Bulkhead were off in Egypt somewhere looking for some Energon Harvester or something that'd undoubtedly aide the Autobots in their cause to protect the Earth or turn out to be some non-functional ancient piece of scrap. Either way, it took Jack's guardian away from him and replaced her with the sound of Ratchet's endless toilings at his computer terminal. But out of the three humans that normally took up residence at the base, the oldest male was probably the least bothered by the lack of giant robots.
The female on the other hand was an entirely different case. She had whined and complained as usual when she was told she couldn't come along for the sight-seeing. Jack held out his hand in front of him. Three fingers extended.
"Three...two...one..." On cue, the annoyed Asian stomped up the stairs into the makeshift wreckroom.

Transformers Prime: Dawn of the Dinobots part 3Ratchet finished showing Grimlock the video feed on the computer screen. With Airachnid in their base, Ratchet had convinced Prime to set up more security measures including video cameras. At the time, Ratchet felt he was acting like Red Alert, an old comrade of his who was in charge of security back on Cybertron. While the poor bot had a paranoid streak the size of Unicron, Ratchet did respect Red's attention to caution. Anyway, Ratchet had seen Swoop's little one-sided conversation with Airachnid and this really concerned him. This so called crush might instead be an unhealthy infatuation. While Swoop seemed to have good intentions, Ratchet did not see a pleasant end for the way things were going. Normally he would have told Optimus about this situation but he knew that was probably not a good idea. While Swoop was the nice guy of the Dinobots, even he had authority issues with Optimus Prime. So naturally Ratchet had gone to the one person Swoop would listen to: Grimlock.Transformers Prime: Dawn of the Dinobots part 33 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Lifting his hand, Shockwave knocked on the door of the apartment. Even though Megatron was innocent, he still felt rather guilty for having hit his old friend across the face. He figured he should probably apologise for acting the way he had. Seven wasn't in the right for accusing Megatron, but if he were simply acting as a 'friend', then he couldn't exactly punish him for that.
As the door opened, he took a step back, his single optic meeting with the mech. "Are you free?" he asked, his voice simple, but not apologetic.
Seven leant a hand against the threshold, a little surprised to see the former Decepticon. "Why? You gunna hit me again?" he asked. "Or has Megatron finally been locked away? I'm sure with a personality like his, he'd be more than proud to admit to such dirty crimes."
Shockwave gave a gruff and out of character sigh, pushing the mech inside and closing the door behind him. "If you must know, I came here to a
Essay on the TF MultiverseHumans exist in a Universe, so they only exist in one place at one time.Essay on the TF Multiverse5 years ago in Humor More Like This
Transformers exist in a Multiverse, so 99.9% of them can (quite literally) cross over into any Universe they like. There is one exception* and that is Lancelot "The Fallen" McKibbleflips who exists in a singularity, which in plain English means he can only exist in ONE place at once.
The Multiverse has suffered so many plot twists, retconnings, G1 nods and fanbashing that it has developed a sort of space hernia. This massive twisting of spacetime is known as the Furman-Bay Boundary and that's what allows the different areas of the Multiverse to cross over. Some areas of the Multiverse (particularly the Animated and G1 regions) are much closer to it which is why they can so easily cross over. Others (such as K*ss Pl*yers and Beast Wars) are further away from it so they can't cross over so easily. Thank Primus.
When a robot leaves their own region of the Multiverse they are missing until they return. So if Animated

They were just lucky that it was Shockwave driving, as his concentration and patience was ten times what he had.

The only difference was she was usually where Megatron and Shockwave were, beating the scrap out of some worthless 'bot to get information out of them.

That was what creeped him out.
Whatever it was where he was now it was completely void of sounds other than those he produced himself. This cosmic silence around him was... hell.
Most of his long existence Soundwave had spent watching and listening others talk, transmit, act - live! ... and die.
He cruelly replayed the scene of his one true master's death at a hand of some lowly autobot - not even a Prime! - and made himself look it through as it unfolded before his optics.
Rage shook through Soundwave circuits as he watched his lord's lifeless cask slide off the deck and begin its deceptively slow descend. He surged after it, transforming on the way and quickly caught up with it, but Megatron slipped through his wings without even slowing down.
The steel plates were red-hot from the friction with the athmosphere, but Soundwave remained cold and couldn't perceive the heat.
Eleven more times did the spy catch up with his master's corpse, transformed and tried to stop its fall
