Bellona, the goddess of war and battle. Shakespeare described her as the fire-eyed maid of smoky war.
Inspired by my Imperial Dragonborn from Skyrim. Great-great-great-great illegitimate granddaughter of Martin Septim and the Hero of Kvatch, Freya Winterborne. She's a former bandit, battlemage, and has a particular fondness for Dibella and Sanguine.
Legate Chiara Avento has now two tasks. The old one is to find a Nightingale and the additonal task is to find Caelya. After they startet to ride out of Treva's Watch, Legate Skulnar discovered a person up on a hill. It was a young woman, who raised up her sword, than she vanished. ''She wore a Stormcloak-Armor... Was it Ingrid...?'' Skulnar asked. ''No... She was smaller than Ingrid... But who ever that was, she's now our enemy!'' Chiara said...
It's because I miss SKYRIM!! I miss playing as a female Red Guard going into this epic quest, and ending up in these random adventure. I miss defeating my enemies, steal their stuff, and, and lay their body to a river in the nude. This was my first Elder Scroll game and I didn't know I was playing an RPG Game. Ahhhhh! Here my new artwork.
A bio is required for said contest so here it goes;
Name: Gondul Age: She forgot a long time ago Weapon of choice: Spear and shield and eventually Odin's spear Gungnir. Backstory: There was once a Viking clan that learned how to change themselves into wolves during battle by donning wolf skins. After many generations of such transformations it came to pass that the clan was able to transform without the aid of the wolf skins however this also caused them to be vicious and bloodthirsty. For many years they terrorized their neighboring clans until finally the other clans banded together and waged war against the wolf clan. Though they were fierce warriors, the wolf clan was quickly overthrown. Gondul was born of the last surviving members of the clan then orphaned at a young age. Because she was only a child no one wanted to be the one to kill her however none would take her in for fear of what she was. So she wandered alone, helpless and starving. The goddess Hel found her one day on the brink of death. Hel took pity on her, feeling sympathy for a creature that had been judged for something she had no power over just as she herself had been in her youth. Hel saved Gondul and took her back to her kingdom. But she could not bear to see a child grow up in Niflheim so she called upon the aid of her old friend the goddess Freya. At Helís request, Freya took Gondul to Asgard, granted her immortality and raised her among the valkyrie but she never hid the fact that it was Hel who was responsible for saving her life. In Asgard, Gondul was given a good life but many of the Aesir held her at armís length, refusing to accept her because she had been a mortal and that she was a werewolf. Once she was old enough to travel the nine realms she often sought refuge from Aesir judgement in Niflheim with Hel. She looked up to Hel and felt a strong kinship with her. Eventually Gondul made friends with several other young valkyrie with whom she had many adventures however she always maintained her connection with friend and mentor Hel even into adulthood. Hel is the only person she truly feels comfortable with and the first person she will go to for advice.
This would be one of those visits to Niflheim. One of the rare times that Gondul allows herself to relax and laugh a little.
It's early mornings, the partial moon hangs low behind the cemetary and fog covers the ground. After an eventful night Vyala sits down on an empty altar, still brandishing her assault rifle, smiling as she reminisces the last few hours, her grenade launcher attached to the rifle still being warm.
The sun will be up soon so she will have to return to her tomb.
Quick drawing for a small art battle . It's supossed to depict Tomoe Gozen, the legendary female samurai. The participants were encouraged to use their imagination rather than pay too much attention to historical accuracy, so I hope the liberties I took with her armor will be forgiven .
