Part II: Ircka The Reformation
Under the rule of Ircka Irk flourished. Ircka, unsatisfied with simply sitting back and reaping his glory was devoted to bringing Irk out of its dark past and create a new civilization for all Irkens. It was under him that the first major city of Irk, Aleanndar was built. (Aleannder in Irken means Pearl-Tower. Pearls are the rarest gemstones on the whole of Irk almost to the point of being mythical because of Irken waters being so deep and treacherous) With the combined strengths of all the clans it was meant to be a symbol of Irks unification. Using the Vermas knowledge of stone and caverns, the Lais skill at intricacy and ornamental designs and the Aeriis taste for culture and sophistication it was and still is the most magnificent city Irk has ever known. Ircka was seen as almost a Super Irken. Constantly achieving the impossible and creating marvels from Dust.

He had assumed the worst he would need to come to terms with would be the strange body he had been reborn into. He had been terribly, terribly wrong. Once Jael had led him into her home, he had learned very quickly that the world had changed more than he thought it had. From Heaven, he had seen the machines man made through the ages, but he had never imagined how dependent humankind had become on those mechanical monsters. When she caught him staring at the various electrical appliances in her kitchen, frightened, confused and awed all at once, she shrugged and said this day and age... it's all about electric love.
Draco had hoped she had been joking. He had to learn to stop lying to himself. Between the light switches and the televisions and computers, it was clear man had become lazy. He could understand the conveniences, but he couldn't quite wrap his head around the way humans had lost the will to survive. Even now, days later and sitting on the couc

The flash of lightning was bright, giving the old ruins an eerie glow and highlighting stone figures of legendary knights in such a way Kay had to blink away the ghosts that lingered afterward. Thunder rolled low and far away as the clouds opened up and let loose their cold and bitter downpour. He wiped the rain from his face and slicked back his hair, stumbling through an ancient establishment blindly until he found his way in front of a pillar. Even squinting and shielding his eyes from the rain, Kay couldn't quite make out the engraved image on the old, weathered stone. The lightning flashed again.
A knight is sworn to valor.
Kay took a step back, brow furrowed in confusion, heart racing anxiously. The afterimages the lightning produced didn't fade away this time. The aged voices of knights that may or may not have been were carried on the wind, and they chilled Kay more than the storm.
His heart knows only virtue.
He spun around, looking in all
Book of Irk: Chapter 2Irken CitiesBook of Irk: Chapter 28 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
The best way to understand the cities social structures is to look at it literally. As Ive said the lowest of the low is literally at the bottom but lets start deeper.
Far far beneath Irk, in the darkest of caverns where artificial sculpting and hollowing out is very rare are the darkest and most mysterious of the irken people. They do the jobs no-one thinks about. They live treacherously close to the underground waters, testing their contents and purity to make sure Irks waters are healthy and untainted. They watch the cavern walls to make sure they hold strong and that the city miles and miles above them is not sinking away. Theyre policed like every angle of society but really there is little need. There is so little and the world is so dark and so strange where they live that crime really never even crosses their minds. Sometimes, like everywhere, there would be a strange accident concerning the dark waters of the caverns and

It has almost been a decade but I was able to retain all the memories of my past. Many years have gone by since the incident which took her away from me; I thought I lost her forever. With the help of my companions, I finally found all the Chaos Emeralds in order to bring her back. Silver once told me that a miracle can be granted after you find all seven. With the assistance of Sonic and Silver, I was able to go into Super Transformation to form a very powerful Chaos Control which allows me to have the ability to manipulate time and space.
I went back in time to save Maria Robotnik.
-Many years ago on Space Colony Ark-
My eyes slowly fluttered open and I sensed that I was alone.
Where am I? Where are Sonic, Silver, and the others? I sat up and placed a hand on my throbbing head, dazed. I had a sudden rush as my mind was trying to piece everything together. I was gaining back stability and then I blinked; I was on Space Colony Ark.
It worked! I gasped. I

I do NOT have a degree in law and I dont plan to so I am not able to give a detailed in-depth account of the exact laws of Irk. However I have written down the bare basics as I myself am able to understand them.
As Ive said many times the Security of the planet Irk are controlled by well the control brains. Its basically a sort of big brother setup. The Control brains keep constant watch over the citizens of Irk, whether they live in the large cities or the rural research facilities, farming stations, Hydro plants, mining stations, there is always a Control brain presence. Usually thered be a single control brain stationed at the rural areas unless the area in question is really too small and a simple monitoring station would do. The cities usually have a larger brain outpost with a larger control brain. The control brains handle things such as the encoding of paks, informational imprinting of smeets as well as being the judges and ju

Peter had realized a few months before that his clothes were a little snug and his pants hit a little higher than they did before. How was he growing though? He was Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up. He couldnt figure it out.
Peter, Tootles said, tugging on his arm. When are you going to get Janie?
Jane! he jumped. I almost forgot. Ill be back guys, he said flying off, Tinkerbell right behind him. Slightlys in charge until we get back.

The soft, choked whisper reached his ears through the fog that surrounded him. He only barely caught his name as it fell from the younger mans lips. He could feel the others arms around him, warm, but shivering in fright and pain. Through blurred vision, Barricade looked up at Bumblebee, a grin spreading over his blood-stained lips.
Stupid Autobot, he managed, coughing a bit. You finally caught me.
Tears welled up in Bumblebees unearthly blue eyes. No, he shook his head. I never wanted
Barricade let out a harsh laugh, not wincing at the pain that shot through his body. You made the promise.
Because I thought Id never catch you! the young Autobot exclaimed. I wanted you to catch me!
The older man closed his eyes, leaning into Bumblebees embrace. You knew I wouldnt allow myself to. I enjoyed our chase far too much.

I had been pinned down.
I couldnt move.
My hands and feet were pinned,
Those pins felt like nails.
The sickening lyrics came again and again in Other Wybies head. It was a chant that made him feel as cold as ice.
What What in the world is this!? Other Wybie thought in panic. He tried to start struggling, but heard a small rip and stopped. The pain coursing through his sewn body told him that he was nailed, sewn, and pinned down to the table. If he struggled, he would just die. Painfully.
Other Wybie couldnt see much of the room. He peered out to the right of himself though, and he saw the Beldam coming towards him.
He started to struggle again, as a reflex.
No.. Get away from me!! His eyes seemed to scream. His mouth changed from smiles to frowns, all in a desperate attempt to scream.
Now little Wybie... Dont struggle Youll only die. And I

He had spent centuries being weightless, drifting and watching as man evolved into a deceitful, selfish breed. Humans no longer believed in the magic that birthed the creatures that ran rampant in their fairytales and in their wildest dreams. Where they were once called God, dragons were now fabled monsters in modern lore.
And now the weight of the world was upon him, pulling at him until he was in free-fall. He found himself praying for wings as he plummeted, wishing to catch the wind that rushed passed him and fly back to the safety and comfort of the Heavens. But his prayers weren't answered. Heaven couldn't hear him because Heaven didn't exist anymore.
For the first time in her life, Jael couldn't count the stars in the sky. There had to be hundreds of them, sparkling and dazzling. She wondered idly, tucking a lock of her shoulder-length hair behind an ear, if anyone else was mad enough to bare witness to the stars at such an ungodly hour of the nig
Book of Irk: Chapter 1Irk:Book of Irk: Chapter 18 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Irk has no falling rain. This means that there cant be any flowing water like rivers and streams as they wouldnt be replenished by rain. This also means that there cant be any oceans for the water to flow to. As a result Irks water supply is in the form of numerous lakes. Sometimes these lakes can be of almost Sea size. As for depth, almost all the lakes are connected to deep underground caves and caverns that connects most lakes in a region together. These caves and caverns are usually very deep underground and pose no threat to buildings built over them. That is to say there is no threat of the building sinking into the ground unless they truly built where the caverns are close to the surface. This usually only happens near the lakes themselves. Because of these caverns Irk may appear to consist of mostly land but with 90% of its water underground Irk has almost the same percentage of water as Earth does if not just a little less. I

The sun in the horizon was about to go down, as Bumblebee prepared himself to go back to headquarters, since he was off duty. The wind was warm and everything seemed to be nice and peaceful. He smiled to himself. This was a really nice night!
He decided to walk home instead of transforming and driving back, since he needed a little alone time. As he walked down the big ravine leading to a massive cave hole leading down to a small valley, he suddenly saw something lying on the ground, straight ahead of him.
What in the universe..? He moved closer to have a look. He got pretty frightened as he noticed it was a Seeker jet and took a few steps backwards again. But wait a minute he wasnt even moving!
Uhm hello? He poked the Seeker with his foot slightly. There was no response, except for a slight moan. Bee noticed the red colouration of the Seeker now. Starscream! What on earth was he doing there?

The store smelt of aged paper, old leather and dust. The shopkeep rubbed at his eyes to rid them of the sting in the air as he shuffled out from behind the counter and through the rows of bookshelves to the young man walking at a snail's pace through each aisle. He watched as his most frequent visitor stopped his stride and ran a fingertip down the worn spine of a book old enough to be considered an antique. He cocked his head to the side and rose his hand, hooking that same fingertip into the top of the relic and tugging it forward, effortlessly catching it in his free hand with practiced ease.
Today's victim, Kay? The old store owner chuckled. The customer didn't look up as he flipped open the book and glanced over its contents.
Probably, he said in response. A moment later, the book was closed and tucked under his arm. Definitely.
The older man smirked and walked with Kay back to the counter. Don't you have enough of these

Jael hugged the flannel blanket closer to her as she turned onto her side on the couch. She had fallen asleep half-way through an episode of some crime drama Draco couldn't have been bothered to really pay all that much attention to. There had been something about a diseased woman needing human blood to sustain her, however by the time Jael had fallen asleep, Draco had long since lost interest. His attention had been given completely to the young lady curled up in a bundle of brown and white.
He hoisted himself off the chair he had been sitting on and crouched beside her for a moment. On impulse, he reached out and tucked the blanket in against her side, assuring her the warmth she had desperately sought all day. He hadn't understood the desperation, either. The temperature in the house had caused him discomfort most of the day. The turtleneck and slacks he had started his day with had been traded in for a loose t-shirt and jeans. Then the tee was shed for a tank

An Irken from birth is made a cyborg from the PAK that is implanted onto its back, & merges with its spine. Physically, Irkens are typically short humanoid aliens with insectoid traits, such as their eyes & antennae. In terms of genetics, they appear to be simpler in design than humans are, most likely made so by the control brains on Irk to make cloning simpler, while keeping the irkens stronger traits on top.
Irkens have four known organs, the brain, the stomach, the heart, & the squeedly-splooch, although the lower half of the body hasnt been seen, so any sexual organs or excretion organs are yet to be accounted for.
The Irken mouth has two rows of teeth on the top & bottom that seem to be in one two rows all connected together. The tongue is a segmented, spiked muscle that can extend longer than humans can.
The hand has only two fingers on each with an opposable thumb t

Maria's prayerLittle baby Shadow, you slept soundly in your cribMaria's prayer9 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
Slumbering so peacefully
With food still on your bib.
I watched your chest rise and fall,
As I stroked your tiny head
and then I left you lying there
on your little bed.
The days then passed too quickly
And my teaching was all for naught
Because as I stand here watching,
I see the evil you brought.
You're not the Shadow I once knew
You're tinged with so much hatred
I wish I could fill you once again
With goodness unabated.
But as I lie in death's cold embrace
And guard you every night
Listening to your troubled dreams
As you squirm and cry in fright
I know you don't want to be this way
As you constantly struggle to remember
How your life used to be
Before your soul's December.
And once again I know there's hope
Even though I am dead
Because your heart still knows me
And how for you I bled
So Shadow, listen closely
To what I have to say:
Though your journey seems impossible,
There will always be a way.
