Realms: PrologueToday was a day for hiking, Allen had planned it from the beginning of the month and he was not about to let himself down. The sun was like a burst of light today, yet not too bright to be blinded, and a bonus to this was the scattering of clouds that once in a while had blocked the sun for a few minutes and then rolled on. Allen had packed all of his belongings neatly in what was now a fully filled backpack, up to the brim of with some extra clothing, snacks and other useful equipment. He placed the bag into his car and set off for the surrounding mountain area, which homed some of the most magnificent forests around. He was alone for this trek, needing some time to himself, something he had not received in a while, and this was the perfect time to have it. Stress sort of overtook him at about that time, some deaths in his family as well as those of friends, even with work. Maybe this hike would help relieve him of some of life's problems and soon enough he may be able to face the worRealms: Prologue6 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
Realms: 4Another few days, and the seven dragons soon arrived at the cave that started it all. To Minali, some few memories started to flood her mind, she had not visited this cave in a long time and to see it again made her shudder. They all entered and walked through slowly, making the time to get out about a half an hour. Sarika had no idea what time it would be back in the human world, but she knew that it must've neared the next year by now. After they all exited, Minali took a glance around, and yet it seemed that even more memories seemed to go through her. Sarika noticed this and she tilted her head a bit.Realms: 46 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
"Does it all seem the same?" Sarika asked Minali.
"It seems slightly the same, but it's so long since I've been back here. I'm sure that everything has changed over the past 61 years since I left." she said as she kept looking around and a tear fell from her eye.
She took a few steps forwards and kept on looking around as more memories kept on flowing through her mind of when she was

John paced nervously, trying his hardest to stay calm. He straightened the clean pressed black dress uniform. Despite the fact that neither Kelly or he were officers they had agreed that the tradition of getting married in uniform seemed to suit them better. John had been glad for it. He didn't think he'd be comfortable in anything other than his uniform. Even with familiar comfort of the dress uniform he couldn't seem to calm himself down at all. His nerves refusing to settle and thoughts raced through is head.
"You need to stop pacing like that before you wear a hole in the ground." Fred put a hand on John's shoulder, causing the Master Chief to stop. "Now let's go, or we'll be late and I don't want to see her kill you."
John smiled at his friend and they made their way through the base. "Thank you again for this. I was a bit afraid that you wouldn't want to be my best man. I am marrying the woman you dated, after all."
Fred grinned. "John, you're my best friend, and you make Kelly h
TLoS: World at War Ch. 2"Ha! We made it! Good job Kraut!" laughed Dempsey, patting Richtofen on the shoulder. "So this is Verdun? Not really what I expected." Dempsey looked around at the forest and noted the fact that many of the trees looked like giant mushrooms. He diverted his attention towards the temple. He noted the bridge and two dragon statues in front of, what he presumed to be a door.TLoS: World at War Ch. 25 years ago in Profiles More Like This
A sudden click made Dempsey turn around. Dempsey was shocked to find Nikolai pointing his gun at him. Takeo and Richtofen pointed their guns at him aswell. Dempsey, confused, backed away slowly with his hands up as if he was surrendering.
"Whoa, guys! C'mon now! Don't joke like that. Put the guns down."
None of them did. Dempsey continued to back away slowly.
"Dempsey, don't move." whispered Nikolai. Dempsey obeyed immediately.
"Who, actually, what are you?" asked Nikolai. Dempsey realized that they were not pointing their guns at him, but rather, behind him. Dempesy turned around an

Takeo impaled an unsuspecting ape in the back with his Katana while he used his other hand to cover the apes mouth, to prevent the animal from screaming. Looking to his left he saw Zoidius swiftly disarm an ape with his tail blade before decapitating it, there was a look of satisfaction on his face as he stared at his headless corpse. Takeo didn't know if it was because of Zoidius's own bloodlust or that he really hated their guts. Either way this dragon has shown to him that he can hold his own if attacked, but still they were in enemy territory they had to weaken them without them suspecting.
Takeo knelt down and searched the bodies for anything that he deemed would be useful with Zoidius looking over him, he felt his hand touch something, something rough. Gripping it Takeo pulled out his hand and stared at what he found, it was a large crumbled up peice of paper. Takeo immediately took an interest in it while Zoidius merely snorted in distain. His leather gloves creaked as Rodney gripped his battle rifle tight. He knew this wasn't going to be easy. The Crimson Lance had a reputation for brutality, not least of all toward their own troops. But this soldier had learned long ago that if he was ever going to accomplish anything, he'd need to do it as a part of something better than he was.
He hunkered down behind a pile of sandbags. The Circle of Duty challenge was designed to determine a new recruit's potential and assign him accordingly. Already he knew - they were going to kill him. He had no doubt of that.
Rodney had died before - the "New-U" replication and memory transferral procedure was quite familiar to him in fact - not that it got any easier after the first time. He just had to hold off as long as he could to prove himself a capable warrior.
An alarm sounded and he flicked off the safety. Time to bring it.
Lance soldiers began to spawn into the arena. Rodney wasted no time taking

On the phantom ride down from the ship, I felt very out of place due to the fact that I was the only one still wearing armor. Even the shipmaster had left his armor on board in lieu of a pair of pants and a tunic. No one seemed to notice or care, though. They were too exited to have a vacation or to see their mates and children again.
From what I could tell, the Zin state was on the planet's equator, and was covered in lush jungles. Perfect for 30 mile hikes to nowhere in particular.
"So, what are we doing here?" I asked Undi, who was walking several paces in front of me.
"We are here to get you into the covenant military and to let ME have a small break from the stresses of warfare while you train. I sent in the forms this morning."
"And what happens in the meantime while I wait for the approval?" Right as I finished my sentence, Undi stopped dead in her tracks with a horrified look on her face.

Realms: 1The days passed gradually, and it started to feel normal for Sarika. Although still in mind of trying to get back to the human world and back to her former self, she did indeed start to get use to the realm she was in now. Aldric has treated her kindly throughout the days and even showed her around some parts of the valley, but for today, they both decided to explore a huge chunk of it. This was not to say that Sarika had cautiously planned to go back to the cave that had led her into this world, she believed that on this exploration trip they may run into it again, and maybe she could walk back in and into her own world. Doing so before hand was met with much difficulty since Aldric had practically been at her side for most of the time, but now was the perfect time to execute that plan. It was a few hours and they had gotten a great deal of the valley explored, and they both stopped by at a river to rest for a while. They had to leave the valley where they lived and were flying for about two days now when the landed in a lightly wooded area near a river to rest for the evening. Aldric and Talmon went into the woods to hunt for some food for them while the three dragonesses lied down by the river and got a drink of water. They were tired and thirsty from flying all day long and were very hungry when their stomachs growled loudly. Realms: 7Elah soon woke up an hour later and yawned widely. She looked over at her parents and saw that they were still sleeping soundly and saw that Tylon was still sleeping as well. Elah got up quietly so she wouldn't wake up Tylon or her parents and quietly walked out of their new home to look out across the valley. When she got outside the cave, she noticed Aldric and Sarika were in front of their cave, lying down by the ledge. Sarika still had her head over the ledge some and it almost looked like she was sick to her stomach. She curiously walked over to them and wanted to know what was wrong.Realms: 73 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Elah blinked and tilted her head as she was close enough to the two and asked, "What's up?"
Sarika lifted her head lightly and looked at Elah and smiled softly. She was surprised that Elah was up this early and almost forgot about het and the others that morning.
"Well Elah, I have a little bit of morning sickness." Sarika said.
"Morning sickness?" Elah tilted her head even more, "What's that?"
Realms: 2They continued walking deep into the cave while Aldric was still carrying Travis. After walking for a few minutes, Sarika stopped when they came out of the one cave to where the three cave tunnels met in the fork in the road. She smiled some as Talmon and Kyran stopped and turned around to look at her. Aldric stopped right beside her and set Travis on the ground and was still very nervous about being transformed into a dragoness. He looked at himself and checked to see if he was changing or not and was relieved that he wasn't. Travis shook his head and laughed a bit, "There is no way, I'm changing! I don't even feel different at all!"
However, he was unaware of the

In the caverns of Sundermount he stood, overlooking his companions looting the corpses of the recently fallen lyrium smugglers who had the unfortunate fate of an unprovoked attack. The Champion of Kirkwall, Remy Hawke, knelt alongside her friend, Aveline, comparing and contrasting a pair of gauntlets they had found on one of the fallen. Nearby, the apostate Anders gathered the coins off the corpses, filling a purple velvet pouch full with each drop having a satisfying sound of clink. The assassin they were escorting, Zevran, was disarming the traps he had laid out for those chasing him, possibly saving them for his next encounter with the Crows. Fenris, himse
