'Why do I always get the weird missions?' Perry thought as he looked down at his brand new, extremely pale, human hand. He sat on the cold, hard floor wearing nothing but his too-small agent hat and a tight watch. Long teal hair flopped in front of his young face.
Perry looked at his tiny watch again and gave a deep sigh. He'd only been human for three minutes and he already missed being a platypus. This was just too weird.
Moments later, he could hear footsteps echoing in the hall. He stood up on wobbly legs as the Major came in with an armful of clothes. Once again, the older man's face turned a bright red and he turned away from Perry's nudity. He coughed at the awkwardness a few times before dropping the clothes on the ground in a messy pile.
"Agent P, please clothe yourself before I tell you the rest of your mission." Perry nodded and began searching through the pile. He understood, from all of Canda

Snips And Snails And Platypus Tails
It was a normal day in the Flynn-Fletcher household currently anyway. Linda was just heading out to meet her gal pals; Lawrence had already headed off to work; Candace was talking to Stacy on her cell phone about Jeremy; and Phineas and Ferb were relaxing against the large oak tree in the back yard. With a platypus. Named Perry.
Currently, the platypus was patiently waiting for the youngest in his host family to direct their attention away from him for about ten seconds, or a minute. Either would be fine, really. As long as they were looking at each other and facing away from him.
Ferb, I know what were gonna do today! Phineas exclaimed. Ah, his chance! The blank faced Platypus glanced to the boys, making sure they werent looking, before he waddled off, turning the corner of the house. As he waddled to his destination, Perry mentally chuckled as the sound of the shorter of the boys asked,

What I Love About YouHeinz knew he had never been “handsome”, or society's definition of handsome, anyway. He had come to accept this, he supposed. But sometimes, looking at yourself in the mirror, you can't help but notice every single little flaw that affects your appearance. What I Love About You1 year ago in Romance More Like This
Heinz had simply meant to get dressed, to change out of the clothes he had worn to bed into newer, fresher ones. But, passing by the mirror, he noticed something in his back, in the way it almost looked like is was starting to hunch over, that made him pause. Of course, upon closer inspection, the mirror revealed that his back was perfectly normal, and even if it was starting to hunch over, it wasn't noticeable. But, when inspecting his back, he noticed several other things in his appearance that bothered him.
He was too thin. With his shirt off like that, he could see the faint outline of his ribs, which became even more prominent if he tried to stand up really straight. His arms were cylinders, and when he trie

A scowl crossed the face of the green skinned youth as he walked the halls of the community hospital with his trainer while tuning out a good part of what she said to think on how ugly the color white was. So blindingly boring and easily stained, which is why he wore dark red colored nursing outfits which contrasted neatly with his skin though often tempted people to make Christmas jokes.
Whatever Christmas was.
He turned back in about the time the nurse he was training under ONCE AGAIN warned him that he was only there as a student in training and was under no circumstances alowed to administer any sort of drugs to patients.

"There!" the smaller exclaimed, making the larger jump.
They were both boys of the same age; one slight, tan, and smart, one heavy, pale, and not. While their backgrounds and characteristics are polar opposites, their initial feeling toward the other rocky, at best, they are at the same time rarely without the other's company.
"There," he repeats with triumph, lifting the thick book up onto the desk.
The larger boy leans over, frowning slightly at the reprinted photograph. "So? It's just a building."
" 'Just a' " the smaller frowns in turn. "It is not 'just a building'." He turns his nose up, crossing his thin arms over his chest. "It is a mausoleum."

"Nope, not yet," said the aforementioned larger boy, Buford.
"Can I at least take the blindfold off?" Baljeet asked.
"Nope. You can't see where we're going."
"That is making me feel very uneasy."
"Just calm down. You'll be okay. I'm not gonna throw ya off a cliff or anything."
This drew a loud whimper from the smaller boy.
Buford sighed and continued walking. He liked the feeling of Baljeet in his arms. Baljeet was really light, and just like a little carry-on bag, except he talked.
Baljeet, meanwhile, was having similar thoughts. I am liking this feeling of being carried. Buford was warm, and Baljeet always felt protected and safe whenever he was with him.
It was the last day of summer before their freshman year, and both boys were to go to the same high school.
Puberty had gotten a hold on both of them since they were kids. Buford, when he was younger, had been stocky, but he

A small tug on his sleeve, followed by a toddler's voice woke Perry from sleep. He sat up and rubbed his eyes, glancing at the digital clock on the nightstand. 3:30 a.m. He sighed, fumbling for the lamp switch.
"Mommy...?" A blue-haired toddler was gripping the arm of his nightshirt with one hand, while her other hand contained a raggedy plush duck. His eyes widened with concern when he realized that she was crying. "Becky?! What's wrong?!"
The little girl sniffed and buried her face in his arm. "B-bad dweam..."
Perry gently lifted her up onto his lap and held her close. "Shh, it's alright, sweetie," he cooed, softly petting her back in an attempt to calm her down. "You wanna sleep with Mommy and Daddy again?"
Becky whimpered and nodded her head. Perry smiled, then nudged the sleeping man beside him. "Heinz, wake up."
"Mmmmm..." The brown-haired doctor moaned, still half-asleep.
"There's someone here who's had a bad dream again..." Perry said with a smile. Becky

Of course, for Phineas and Ferb, everyday was a good day to something out of the ordinary. It didn't matter if it was rain or shine, they would not let a day of the all too short summer go to waste. Today, they were trying to break the record for the World's Largest Pinball Machine after going to the arcade. Delivery trucks were already starting to pour into the little suburban neighborhood as the boys began to build their wild invention.
"Phineas!" Candace yelled at her younger brother. It was funny how she never asked Ferb. "What on Earth are you doing!?"
"We're building the World's Largest Pinball Machine! Wanna help?" Phineas replied cheerfully.
Candace glared. "No! I'm calling mom! You are going to be so BUSTED!!"

He still couldn't wrap his mind around the whole concept. Things had been perfectly fine before they'd arrived at the derby. He had solemnly accepted that he was choosing Doofenshmirtz over his family and job. It took him a while to get there, but he got there. All he'd wanted to do was say a last goodbye, of sorts. He'd never expected Doofenshmirtz to do what he did.
That was the biggest thing he couldn't - or maybe didn't want to - understand. Doofenshmirtz hadn't been provoked in any way. It had all been very abrupt, with no lead-in or anything to make Doofenshmirtz want to kidnap Phineas and Ferb. And Perry just

As Heinz continued to think, they were coming closer and closer to their destination. Soon, they turned onto the street they were supposed to, but there were absolutely no parking spots.
Seeing the slightly dejected look about having to wait longer on Perry's face, Heinz said, "Not to fear, Perry the platyperson! I installed this device called the Car-Incinerator-Inator." As a demonstration, Heinz pushed a large button on the dash that unveiled a complicated-looking device on the top of the car. The attack on his property had been completely unwarranted, but Buford couldn't help himself.
He loved to see Baljeet mad.
He wasn't sure why, to be honest. Perhaps because it was a side of the small Indian boy he rarely got to see, his usual retaliation was a meek whimper or feigned indifference. He had to work hard to get the boy angry, to get him to actually stick up for himself, but it was well worth the effort.
Anger looked good on the boy. It was a shame he resorted to it so little.

Baljeet leaned over his bed, one palm pressed hard onto his satchel, attempting in vain to keep in the over flow of spirals, folders, and work books. Expectantly, he held out his other hand to Buford. The bully did nothing but continue to stand by the bedroom door and stare.
And though Buford seemed all too fine with ogling the other boy, Baljeet could look anywhere but.
The nerd was more surprised than anything that Buford even showed up this morning. There had been a silent but clear agreement the afternoon before to never speak of it again, and Baljeet expected at least three or more days of distance before they could do anything together again.
