Kid Vs. Kat was on a lot today, and I just got bored and felt like drawing Mr. Kat.
Reow! Bad, bad, Mr, Kat!
Edit 2: Sad to say this is no longer the most popular Kid vs Kat dev. It is still, however, on the first page, and it is still the very first piece of Kid vs. Kat to ever appear on dA.
Edit: After a year, I am very proud that this is the very first piece of Kid vs Kat fanart on the site, and just as proud to say that it is the most popular piece of Kid vs Kat fanart as well as my most popular and faved deviation of all time. It has inspired pages upon pages of fanart and has been used off of deviantART as forum icons and other such things and I would like to thank you all for your support. It's hard to believe that a drawing done out of boredom thanks to a Kid vs Kat marathon would become my most popular piece.
Edit: I've had a lot of people question me on question #6 of this meme, stating that Audrey II DID win in the end. To clear up confusion, this meme is meant for the original FILM version of the musical prior to the director's cut that ends the same way the Broadway show does. Someday I may do one for the Broadway version. In the meantime, just pretend like #6 can also mean "What do you think Audrey II is doing now that he's won?"
Yus, so I finally decided to do this! I have not found a Little Shop of Horrors meme ANYWHERE, so I made one. XD Hope you guys enjoy doing it! Please be sure to credit me for it. Thank you!
Edit: This has been bugging me for quite some time! I drew pages 1 and 2 of this comic way back when I first got my tablet and I really wasn't sure how to use it yet. I've gotten better and the pages of my comic have progressively gotten better. But the first two pages always bugged me the most. So, I decided, before I go drawing then next two pages, I wanted to redraw the first two. So, here it is! Pages 1 and 2 UPDATED!
Here it is! The first two pages of Kirby Super Star Warriors! *wipes sweat drom head* Okay, yes, so my wrist hurts, now, and it's almost one in the morning. Don't expect these to pop up everyday. I'm sort of winging it with the story, anyway. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks again!
Whew! I hope you all love me! I worked very hard to get this up tonight! I didn't realize how much you were all anticipating this part! I will work harder to get the next pages up!
Hoshi has epic sweatdrops! XD
So, if you guess Kirby was in the bushes, you were right! It's not hard to tell, considering he was watching Sword and Blade run off on page four. XD
So, if you are like me, you would probably never have noticed this, but I tend to shade from the same side no matter what angle the character is standing. I am trying to avoid doing that, now, as you can tell with Kirby. The lighting is coming from the opposite side.
I am also playing with background shading and textures. XD
I so hope they get out of the woods soon. I freaking hate doing forest backgrounds! XDDD
Sho likes his tail rubbed. Wait, did I say likes? Let me rephrase that. He is completely weakened by the feeling of someone caressing his tail. Who knew? Look at that adorable blushing face! Wish is sure having fun, with it.
Sho sat, anxiously, in the small room, hunched over in his chair, face in his hands. He was still in disbelief as to what had just happened. His two favorite girls had just given birth, not long apart from one another. Although he had known, for the past nine months, that he had conceived a child with them both, he wasn't sure what would happen. They were a small family, now, and the girls got along quite well with one another, which made their relationship all the easier. Sho had waited, hand and foot, on both girls throughout their pregnancies. In the end, he seemed to feel just as exhausted as they had. Being there for both deliveries was the tedious part. Fortunately, the babies had not come at the same time, but now they were both here. A male Osamodas to Wish and a female Eniripsa to Avi. Sho rubbed his face in his hands, thinking his life over.
He had enjoyed his fame and popularity. Women fell all over him, and he ate it up. He always felt different about these girls. They were his life and he truly felt as though he loved them both, and now he had unintentionally began a family with them both. He glanced up at them, fast asleep from exhaustion, and smiled lightly. He cared deeply for them, but could he maintain his lifestyle and continue with his ego while keeping them happy and providing for the children?
Time seemed to move far too slowly before an Eniripsa nurse entered the room with the newborns, gently urging the new mothers awake. Sho sat up lightly, attempting to see the babies. The nurse presented the babies to their mothers, each taking time to love and coddle the newborns. Plentiful hugs, kisses, and cooing all around, from both women, as Sho sat silently and watched. After some time, Wish glanced up at Sho and smiled lightly. He had a show of interest and desire. They were his children, too. Wish nodded toward Avi and gestured her head in Sho's direction. Avi smiled and whispered to the nurse before both women passed their infants back to her.
Sho watched silently as the nurse approached him with the newborns. "It's your turn." She said, with a smile. "Meet your new son and daughter." Sho removed his sunglasses as the nurse gently placed the babies in his arms. He was unsure how to hold both of them, at once, but he managed to get his arms around each of them. He looked down at them, so tiny in his arms. He was still in disbelief. These were his children. His handsome son and beautiful daughter. Durant and Giselle. He was silent. Unsure of what to say or do. They had been sound asleep, but he heard one of them stir slightly, with a faint cooing. Giselle opened her bright blue eyes and looked up at Sho. He couldn't help staring deeply into them. She was beautiful. A gorgeous baby girl. Then she smiled at him. Sho felt his heart melt as the blue-eyed baby gave him her first smile and he felt tears forming in his eyes. Durant stirred lightly, reaching out from the blanket and gripping at the fur on Sho's sleeve. He adjusted his hand slightly, allowing Durant to be able to take his finger as he held him.
Sho closed his eyes, a tear running down his cheek. This was his family. He was proud to be their father and he knew what he needed to do. He had a good long journey with his ego, but it was time to tone it down, for the sake of the children. No longer would he be a free-roaming lover. He was now a father.
NGYUH!!! What more do I need to say?! I drew this to Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely". If you're unfamiliar with the song, he wrote it for his newborn baby girl. Here's the song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVvkju…
