The studio shot that I mentioned on my journal was actually... for my custom ponies ^__^ ~!
I'm a My Little Pony fan ~ ever since I joined the forum at MLPArena, I got to know about customizing ponies! You can re design your own pony, give them a rehair (take off the existing hair and re root with new hair color), erase their symbols and paint your own style on it. Its all about the fun and creativity ~!
Noriko is not my first custom pony... but she's the the custom pony I made entirely out of jumping clay ~! I must say that I got the inspiration from another pony which such designs but I can't remember who made it >_< .
I used the clay to make small sushi rolls ~ and black clay to roll around for her hair ^_^ . This mini studio shoot for her was decorated with bamboo sticks as background and flowers around.
I took this photo with camera Nikon D300, belonging to ! Much thanks to him for helping me with the lighting set up ~! Photography's kind of fun too ~!
One of my favourite Liccas by Licca Castle joined me for a little photo shoot yesterday in the garden. She was my second Castle doll and I've fallen in love with her on first sight.
The hairstyle is one of the most detailed my Liccas have. Two braided 'odango' buns and sausage rolls make her a very eye-catching dolly no matter what she's wearing or who her company is. She always stands out!
It's been quite a while since I've taken any proper doll pictures (I was on a bit of a break but I've also been working on a doll corner for my Unoa doll as well). So for my first official summer shoot I dressed Licca in one of the first dresses I've ever bought for my dolls to wear, several years ago now. I just love white dolly clothing! The flowers scattered on the dress and the two white roses on the belt go nicely with the real roses in the background.
