I barely just forgot
Is watching me with unseen eyes
At the X that masks the spot
'twas faith that sunk Atlantis
For no thief invented crime
So we pray like clergy mantis
To eschew this borrowed time
That this pallid horrid creature
'neath his gentle debonair
Hid no further frightful features
'pon his faceless tranquil stare
From free will to legal tender
We beseech, to each his own
Fevers peak at something slender
That will not dance alone

I walked home from school from the time I was ten years old and sometimes it would take nearly an hour. We never lived close to school. It wasn't so bad when the weather was pretty. I only knew one other girl that had to walk as far home in the fourth grade. Losana Wong, the only girl in school I talked to. She never said much or asked anything of me, making it easy to be around her. I walked home with Losana every day. She lived several blocks closer to school so I still ended up walking alone at the end. She was my first and only friend in Dallas. I would never have many friends in school, my parents didn't encourage me to socialize. Bringing friends to our house was discouraged. It really wasn't a place for children.
We would arrive at her house first. It was brick and completely covered with ivy. A wooden birdcage and a set o

Three are they,
Of Heavenly origin.
Governed by the Highest Throne,
and led by the Horsemen.
Devout are the Grim Trinity.
As death has never ceased
So true to the cause are they...
By cursed and divine blades.
The Patrons of the Deceased and Dying...
and of those related to the involved.
Divine by right is the Angel...
Unholy by cause is the Demon...
Leader by title is the Nephilim.
By them are taken souls guided,
Through them are souls
released or enslaved.

Sorrow masked behind my eyes,
I see the world in shades of grey.
Pain, destruction, anger, hate,
Poisoning my sun-parched mind.
I cry the rivers of the bloody giving.
Chains of fallacy, plagiarism in the rind
We make ourselves the Devil's fools;
Children to deny moralistic empathy.
My eyes behold the death of Man.
Fallen from Grace, we choose to flee;
Bleakest images of Hell-torn faces.
Masochistic dreamers reap their souls
And barter the shreds of empty being
For narcissistic blasphemy.
I am terror as the flames
Build ever higher, emblazoned darkness.
These precarious children of Evil-
Abandoned as ash and dust.

From such a long time
Of running away from him.
My legs throb with pain,
But I can never stop,
Even though the voice in my head
Tells me to turn around.
I can't turn and face him,
Not after everything
That has happened
Between him and me.
I'll run and run, and not look back
Until my legs give out beneath me,
And my lungs have been filled
By the stars in the universe around me.

Like I know you
I don’t think you worry
Nearly as much as I do
Why can’t I just be happy,
And not overthink every thought?
I’m left here in my head
Like a prisoner left to rot
The thought engulfs me
As I lay here in my bed
I could lay here forever
Until the day they find me dead
Curled up in a ball
The only way I feel okay
I’m just a lost young girl
Caught up in all the gray
I don’t want to move
I just want to cry
Left in solitude
Until the day they let me die

It was cracked up to be.
I feel like my fairy tales and story books
Have been lying to me.
The world isn't so pretty and perfect
Like a kid's book.
Maybe I was reading the stories wrong,
Maybe I needed to take a closer look.
The world isn't a pretty rose,
There is more to it than that.
There is more to the beautiful flower,
It has thorns.
It can rip your heart apart
To the point that the shreds can't be glued back together.
Prince Charming doesn't exist.
Nor does the princess.
We aren't perfect.
Something the fairy tales never mentioned.
We get into fights.
And break each other's hearts.
We storm out,
Leaving the other all alone and in the dark.
Things are going to hurt.
They're going to make you want to scream.
Because real life is not always what it seems,
Unlike a fairy tale.
Where everything is happy and perfect.
But in real life things are terrible and tragic.
Sometimes I wish I could put
The veil back up.
Which distorted the terrible

would spend one day in my room
every spring and fall
getting it organized.
She would label three boxes
in fat permanent marker:
“Keep,” “Donate,” and “Throw Away;”
they sat in a row
on my bed
and I walked up with each stuffed toy
and stood with it there
beside the bed
before deciding on a box,
and I guess I’m telling you this
because it’s the first thing
I thought of
while I laid flat on my back
clutching my stomach,
my eyes looking everywhere
and seeing nothing.
The choice is not easy.
Nor is it uniform.
Nor does it belong to anyone
and just the way I stood
and knew what was right
all that time ago,
I am more prepared than anyone
to do the very same today.
It doesn’t matter
what I chose
in the end.
What matters is

Don't Give Up- PleaseEvery day, every minute, every second, every where you look, there will be someone there to push you down. Someone looking to make your life a living hell and screw up what could have been the best day of your life. In middle school and high school every thing that happens to you is such a big deal. She called you ugly, he called you stupid, they laughed at you when you tripped down the stairs. No one had the balls enough to be a decent person and help you. Your world seems to be crashing down around you, and all you can do is sit there and watch it come down, brick by bloody brick. You think you have no one to turn to.Don't Give Up- Please3 years ago in Emotional More Like This
But that is not true. For every five people that hurt you, there is surely to be at least one friendly face in the crowd. Some one who has been there and understands the pain of those days. Someone who wants to help you. Some one to put there hand out and catch you when you fall. But you have to be able to trust enough to reach out. You have to put yourself out there

My voice is gone
Sitting in the classroom,
Heard by no one
I want to shout,
I want to scream
But it is only a dream
Standing in front of the others,
Trying to get their attention
I poke on their shoulders,
But nobody mention
No, nobody mention
My throat is burning,
I have no voice
But I now decide
I will make a choice
They shall see the real me
And I will show them what I can
I will no longer hide,
But make them know who I am
Standing in front of the others,
Trying to get their attention
I poke on their shoulders,
But nobody mention
No, nobody mention
I will be visible
I want to be known
Using my voice
To get their attention
I show them my written words
Now everybody mention
Now everybody mention!
With silenced words written,
I show them who I am
Because I am me
And I'm no longer invisible

I must have fallen asleep again (or maybe I was knocked out) for the next thing my mind registered was that the colours had stopped and there was someone in the room. I was about to sit up, but then I remember the pain from last time and decided against it. Instead, I gently turned my head.
Right about now, I realized my vision was blurred. Very, very blurred. I noticed someone sitting there but I couldn't define anything. He/she/it looked like a blob with arms and legs.
"Mom?" I guessed blindly.
"No, but you go the 'M' right," was my reply. Now, I realized something was wrong with my hearing. I had never heard this voice before in my life. Or, at least, I don't think I have.
"M-m-Mary?" I guess even though I know no one by that name.
"Mary? Mary? You actually know someone with that name? I thought it was, like, a dead

The gaang arrived to the city of Olane on the day of the summer festival. People ran around the city throwing posters of the nights biggest attraction: the Masquerade.
As being the only opportunity to finally have fun and also dance Aang himself wanted to participate and even Sokka forgot their well-based plans for the day when he bumped into a pair of fire nation girls who asked him to join their shopping trip for the dance.
Toph and Aang bought a pair of clothing that matched together because the blind bandit said out straight that she wouldnt wear anything that looked even more humiliating than what the others wore for the night.
And Katara? She decided that she wouldnt waste more money when they didnt have much and she had her own disguise anyway.
Thats how they arrived that night. Sokka with one of the girls, Toph with Aang, and Katara well, alone. Though Aang told her hed

Cold, broken, and alone
You somehow knew my flaws
Before I did myself.
You aimed your rifles at me
Your talons poised to strike;
I came out alive but scarred
Heaven only knows how.
So now you've launched a surprise attack
Thinking I'd be alone
You dared not stare me down with your hateful glare
As cowards, you couldn't meet my eyes.
You were ready to strike me down
And leave my body all ablaze
You didn't realize
This solitary soilder was not standing alone.
You didn't see their faces.
You didn't hear their voices.
You didn't know they were there
Until we conquered you from within.
You counted on me fighting alone
As I always used to do.
But you didn't notice
Our extensive arsenal
You underestimated our strength and our power.
You thought you would strike me down
With a single blow.
You didn't count on my having a verifiable army behind me.

Sokka returned from an unsuccessful hunt to find two of the party conspicuously absent. "Where…?" he began.
"They went off thatta way," Toph said before he could even ask, chucking her thumb over her shoulder toward the woods behind her.
"At this time of day?" Sokka demanded, somewhere between surprise and disgust, "I thought we were all tired from fighting off those Fire Nation bounty hunters!"
"I guess they weren't," Aang observed (somewhat more acerbically than was his wont, but Sokka might have just been hearing things). "They started even before they left the camp."
"What!?" Sokka turned on the one person who had thus kept out of the conversation. "You really need to talk to that nephew of yours," he said to Iroh, trying to keep his tone respectful, "I know it was inevitable and all, and I said I wouldn't try to get in their way, but he's taking things too far!"
Iroh cocked an eyebrow, sorely tempted to point out that it takes two to tan

Walking down the empty corridors of the fire nation palace, his footsteps echoing hollowly back to him, the prince of the kingdom cursed the darkness for bringing back memories he had wished to lock away. As he walked, the red and gold painted walls turned darker into a shade of sickly green, and he could almost hear the soft drops of water falling from the ceiling, down into the puddles that gathered on the floor. If he didnt know that the monsoon hadnt arrived yet, he would have sworn that the walls were gathering moisture.
His shoes didnt echo back with the dull thud of wood, but from strong stonewalls, endlessly thick to prevent the water from the lake to burst through. He was walking down that familiar path again, eyes used to the darkness because he was the Blue Spirit, silently creeping around in search of his goal, the Avatars bison. Then later on, he was running down that way again, this time looking for the exit.
