He rips the hinges off now it soars,
At his quick pace you won't see,
What his motives soon will be,
He'll disappear without a flash,
And stay away if you give him cash,
He doesn't pay cheap,
For the freedom you'll keep,
So stay out of the forest,
And all will be best,
For a child as young as you,
Would never know what to do,
Don't cry little child,
You're not in the wild,
Where the tall man lives,
To enjoy the fear he gives,
To little children like you,
Who get scared by a little boo,
He is always here,
Creating more fear,
For children who are bad,
They will be forever sad,
But you are a good child,
Nothing like those wild,
You know that,
Day after day,
Keep it up and stay this way,
For the man in the black suit and tie,
Is always ready for you to die.

I await the blade with baited breath,
The hiss of the knife on crimson flesh.
Relief comes swift as I start to bleed,
No darkness is left when the pain recedes.
I welcome the torture, the hitting, the yelling,
Those mumbled "I'm sorry's" I'll never stop telling.
This hatred, your anger, those never-ending lies,
They all lay before me as I look in your eyes.
This trust in you I feel, is nothing new,
Fear is something I can't afford to do.
The ebbing life flows from my veins,
Pulsing, setting me free, no longer insane.
I Must Do This I wake up, and before I even open my eyes, I can feel his arms around me, still holdin' me close. I don't even remember when he came in. For a few seconds, I forget all the hurt, all the feelin' of betrayal, and I sigh, snugglin' back against him. But then it all comes back, and I sigh for a different reason. He said he didn't mean to hurt me, and that it all was bad timin' on his part. But how could he just leave the club like that, especially right after my promotion? It cut deep. The club means everythin' to me they're all the fucked-up family I've chosen for myself. But less fucked-up than what I came from. We all care about each other, enough to fight and die for each other. The club is a huge part of my life now and for Micah to turn his back on all that it feels as if he's turnin' his back on that part of me.I Must Do This3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
FamilyDylan walked into the shop where he and Uncle Nishit worked and looked around for him. He wasn't at the cash register so Dylan walked back into the workshop. No uncle. After looking everywhere Dylan decided that he wasn't in the shop so he walked up the stairs to the second floor where he kept half his art supplies. Uncle Nishit said that Dylan could use the second floor since no one uses it. Dylan looked around, there was nothing really on the second floor just a big empty space with a couple rooms in the back. Where the living room should be is where Dylan had easels and canvases, where there should be a dining room Dylan had put some paintings. On the far side of the wall was a bed under some windows right across from the canvases. Still there was a lot of unused empty space that Dylan didn't know what do to with or where to put things. He originally wanted the basement at home but Uncle Nishit had offered this place before Dylan could work up the courage to ask his dads, but reallyFamily3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

A padded envelope arrives at the clubhouse. The return address says it's from Kaz, so whoever is there opens it. Two keys fall out, newly cut. There's also a folded piece of paper.
Just wanted to write and let you know I bought a little house in Las Vegas. It's in a crappy part of town, but I figured that just means the neighbors won't care if we're there.
The house is for everyone in RnR both chapters. You can use it for whatever you need to hideout, place to crash while visiting Vegas, party house - stuff like that. I only ask that you leave it standing and that you don't kill anyone or hide a body on the property because that's a pain in the ass. There's tons of desert all around Vegas if you need to do that.
Here's a couple of keys to start. Cut as many as you need or want. If at least one key could stay with an officer, that would be great, but I can get you another if they get lost.
I'll probably check the property once a month

RainIt was raining. He was cold, which was an unusual occurrence, and he hated it. All of it. And he'd been stupid enough to not make some sort of shelter before bed, as he refused to carry a bloody tent. Of course it had to rain. Jean-Paul sat up, grumpy and tired, not even bothering to gather the blanket around him. The fire sizzled slightly, mocking him. He stumbled to his feet and peeked his head into the half-elf's tent. Promises He sat, twirling the ring on his left middle finger. So close to the other one, yet so far away in meaning. A promise- that he wouldn't leave, that they wouldn't give up, that no matter how difficult things were, they would try and make it right. After a fight that huge, it was the last thing Chai had expected Micah to pull out of his pocket. A fight that spanned several days, which eventually led to the decision for Chai to leave for a while. They needed a break- time away from each other, to cool down and clear their heads. All because of some stupid dream. Well, maybe not so stupid, Chai thought. It was unnerving, and a bit startling. He'd never had a dream like that before, not even when he had Rosalina. It had been fuzzy, really only flashes of images and voices.Promises4 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

I'd have never thought just arriving in a city could make my life so very different. All I did was come in for a bike show, so that I could be there for questions and crap over a paint job I did while back with Michael. They wanted the artist there. It's not one of my better jobs, but it was on a concept bike so that seemed to make it cooler. While there I had the first turning point happen. I met Donovan. He was chatting with the owner of the bike and asked about me. Instead of the normal 'Oh my god, how did you do this?' he asked me if I'd be willing to come and work for him. I to

Definitely not one with a Mohawk.
Or one whose fist is half the size of your head.
I learned that the hard way, and it hurt.
It was a bar fight, nothing like the kind in the movies.
All I had to do was say something about the guys mom.
And before I knew it, my lips were kissing the end of a gun.
In a thick, and VERY pissed Irish accent, spoke.
" Wha'd ya say about me mum?"
He was drunk off his ass, and completely pissed.
I opened my mouth to speak.
Not a chance, he wasn't having any of it.
I'm screwed, possibly in more ways than one.
Worst drunk mistake of my life.

France at this time took children at a young age and recruited them into the military, giving them an education and paying their way through life as long as they were willing to put their lives on the line for their country.
Remy had heard of some of the locals talking about this and on this might when no one was home he took a chair and smashed off the bedroom doorknob, grabbing his book bag he had hidden beneath his bed and ran for the main road.
Renne was two hours and a quarter hours from the small area that he had lived and the large capital was the perfect place to not be found.
Remy spent three days in the city while looking for the recruitment office till he found it at the end of the city, surprisingly Remy found himself within minuets on the back of a truck heading out of the city and on to a better life, or so he thought.

Some kind of SpecialHe stood in front of the full length mirror, idly thumbing the stiff leather of the new vest. It felt odd, heavy against his body, like the weight of responsibility that was readily welcomed. It didn't seem that long ago that everything had fallen apart. His world crashing in around him. Gone was the swat gear and standard issue garb. Suddenly replaced with friends of questionable backgrounds but undeniable loyalty to their leader and to each other and a new life full of the unexpected. Kazuo MacNiall never anticipated any of this. The quiet man who rarely smiled felt joy swell in his chest. It was a foreign emotion. He couldn't remember the last time he felt it so strongly. Johnathan was probably the only boy in the world completely thrilled with having a little sister.
No matter how grumpy little Jen could become, Johnathan managed to brighten her mood. He held up a stuffed rabbit, his most prized possession, and handed it over to the fussing Jen. He loved his sister very much, and if it meant handing over Mr. Floppy, he would do it. Just to see her happy and smiling. Jens' bright green eyes focused on the blue plush rabbit, and gave her brother a great big smile. Her tiny hands grabbed onto the large floppy ears, and shook Mr. Floppy. His patchwork ears were hand sewn with corduroy, like the rest of him.

Magnus stepped out of the church, closing the door quietly behind him. He took a few steps then stared running down the bumpy dirt road towards the small town. Once he was a couple meter away from the first row of buildings he stopped and worried a little about people seeing his eyes. He ran his fingers through his hair and pulled it in front of his eyes. It covered them a bit and he hoped it would be enough in the dark to convince people he was normal. When he lowered his hands he noticed the familiar blue sparks fluttering around his fingers. "No, go away!" he said. He focused hard on his hands and the lights grew a bit brighter before fading.
Magnus took a step when he heard a door open
