ApprovalA fair-haired man with someone to impress
Entered the great tournament of his land
Colors of his home splayed across his chest
With the best-laid sword held waist-height in hand.
Using all effort to put forth his best,
He realized his task was easy to do.
Brandishing his sword, he flew through his test
And the host announced, The winner is you!
The crowd jumped and roared, they were not lazy
Though he cared not, he wanted but one fan
His fathers smile would make this win tasty
As only parental approval can.
His father said, My dearest son, come here,
At home we shall feast royally of deer.
Clever Itachi heard a small knock on his window and rose up to open it, knowing all too well who was coming in. Laying back into his bed, Itachi saw Haruno Sakura slipping through the window. When she successfully enterd the room, she brushed the dirt off her jeans and pulled the twigs out of her short pink hair.Clever8 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
"You're too late today, Haruno. Sasuke just left" Itachi peeked at the girl, waiting for her response. Sometimes, but not often, Sakura would stay with Itachi, even though Sasuke wasn't in the house.
"Oh, silly, silly senpai" She clucked her tounge at him in a manner that made him think of a mother chiding a nosy child. "I thought you would know why i came even though i know Sasuke's not here"
"You missed me then?" Itachi streched out, knowing that what ever answer he came up with would be wrong.
"Shut up. I came for Sasuke's boxers" When Itachi rasied an eyebrow, she elaborated.
"There is, right now, a fangirl of Sasuke who said she'd pay me fifty bucks

Sakura swiftly glided threw the trees that lead to the Hokage mansion. She had been gone so long, and it was nice to be home. She had been in Suna for a mission, helping Gaara and Kankuro. Tsunade hadn't sent a note or anything while she was gone, so Sakura was a little behind on all the changes of the village.
Sakura smiled as she slipped into Tsunade's office window.
What she saw didn't surprise her.
Tsunade was passed out on her desk, empty sake bottles all over the place. Paperwork was stacked to one side of the desk, while the office was a little dirty.
Sakura sighed and walked to her old master. She placed her hand on the womans shoulder and shook gently, then harder when it didn't work.
Tsunade finally picked up her head and looked up at the girl. Her eyes lit up and pulled her old apprentice into a tight hug, then releasing her and grabbing her hand.
"It's so nice to have you back, Sakura!!" Tsunade sat back down in her chair, leaning back while her smile

"You two are proply the most insane girls I have every meet!" Shouted a girl with long plateme blond hair, she was siting on the bed to one of her friend's room. Three girls were inside a modern sized bed room. One had stunning long indigo hair with soft pale lavender eyes. The other was a little less soft looking. She had piercing emerald green eyes along with soft pink hair, sometimes looking hot pink if in the right sun.
"Come on Ino you gotta help us! We need to be in this school if we want to go to St.Jonathan collage, please?" Ino just sighed and began digging in her light blue bag and pulled out straps. "Sakura your already flat like a boy, it's just Hinata we need to worry about." The pink hair

An ItaSaku One-shot
Warning: If you do not understand the game of poker as seen in the World Series of Poker, this may get confusing for you.
I glanced over at him, his cool exterior causing my anger directed towards him to ricochet, hitting me back tenfold. Uchiha Itachi was probably the most infuriating man Id ever met, although it wasnt that I didnt enjoy being around him. In fact, it was the exact opposite. I personally just couldnt understand what I saw in an S-class criminal, especially one that had been the bane of my previous loves (Sasukes) existence.
It couldnt be his rock-hard chest that always seemed to contract when he kept me from falling, or his unbelievably soft and silky hair that could easily be put in a shampoo commercial. It also definitely was not the way that his fishnet shirt seemed to wrap around his muscles just enough to make him look alluring. And I could die to prove that it wasnt

A dark figure jumped from tree to tree, staying in the shadows and alert for any movement near him. The moon, now just a slight crescent, provided barely enough light to see by, but it was enough. He stopped only to adjust the bandage on his arm, moving at a desperate speed through the forest.
His urgency did not make him careless, and when he sensed a patrol nearing him he stopped immediately. Shadows cloaking him like a blanket, he backed into a secluded corner as the ANBU moved past him unknowingly. The delay had cost him seconds he wasnt sure he could afford to lose.
Still, he couldnt help but notice the view as he reached the edge of the forest. Hed forgotten how beautiful Konoha was in autumn. The leaves danced in the moonlight, true colours hidden by the gloom and given a silvery glow. It bathed the village with its strange warmth, and if he had more time, he might have stood there enjoying the view. As it was, however, time wasnt with him. It never
