Walking down the corner of Cherry Street,
I look in a window and what do I meet?
Out of a toaster comes some food,
Oh, WOW! Its Toast, now that looks good!
YEAH TOAST!!!! YEAH TOAST!!!!
Now Im talking to my friends and I have to say,
Toast ain't bad, no how, no way
Now I don't want to brag and I don't want to boast,
All I gotta say is I like toast
YEAH TOAST!!!! YEAH TOAST!!!!
Now makin' toast doesn't take a big brain,
Put it in the toaster and its all the same,
Spread a little butter, squeeze a little lime,
Get out the jelly, ITS TOASTING TIME!!
YEAH TOAST!!!! YEAH TOAST!!!!
Now there's no secret to toast in perfection,
Wheat or rye, make your selection.
If you've got a toaster and bread you've got the most,
Put it in, push it down, take it it out, now you've got toast.
YEAH TOAST!!!! YEAH TOAST!!!!

That was a lie. Well, okay, only half a lie. He didn't like having to go, and he didn't like a great majority of the people there, largely because they weren't his tribe. His tribemates (and extended family) he had a great deal of love and respect for; everyone else was obnoxious. He liked the chance to learn, though.
"You have to go anyway," Ahmi chided gently. This was only going to be his second year, and Tan had already found a laundry list of things to complain about. Not that his mom considered any of them good enough reasons to let him stay home. With an exaggerated sigh, he boarded the shuttle with the rest of his siblings (that were old enough to go to school, anyway) and took a seat next to his sister Kish; he liked that she tended to be pretty quiet. He was never in a good mood on the shuttle to school.
Maybe his classmates would get the message from last year and not talk to him.
Yaolzerac was one of Tan's favorite places to be, even with t

The female behind him scowled and waved a hand towards him. Said hand was blemished with scars from thorns.
"Why couldn't you get Inair to do this with you?" she growled.
"Because." Riani rolled his eyes, "She's always telling me I should spend more time with my older sis, what better way than this?" he giggled, "That rhymed." again he bent and picked another flower, this one yellow and orange in hue. "This one's nice." he mused.
Erin scowled again. "This is stupid. Since when have you cared for tradition before?" he frowned,
"I always have, and plus, I love flowers." he stopped and stared up at the sky longingly. "Maybe I should open a florist." His ears perked as a klaxon sounded some feet away. "Quickly Erin! We have five minutes to get back with our harvest." with great dexterity he leaped ove

That was all Umika could think when she walked into the art classroom. Her teacher pointed her towards the Alarcian boy who happened to be named "Persk". Oh Valan, why did she have to sit next to the cute Alarcian boy! Now she would never be able to concentrate in class!
Time passed, and Umika found herself getting very, very distracted by him. Whenever he happened to turn in her direction, though, she would quickly start focusing on her drawing or her painting or whatever they were doing for the rest of the day.
Finally, one day, she could not hold it in any longer. She was nearly done with her pencil sketch, but something didn't... seem quite right. Umika glanced over. Persk was painting something, and had just dipped his brush into the bright red paint. Grinning, she pulled out her notebook, tearing out a piece of paper, and folding it into the shape of a paper airplane. Quickly checking to make sure that the teacher wasn't looking, she threw the airplane -- right

The thoughts buzz around my brain like an angry hornets nets. I wake up in my floor, yes the floor. Apparently my petite body is too big for a KING SIZE MATRESS! I couldnt really complain, I mean the floor is a lot softer than the squeaky plastic coverings mom keeps putting on my bed.
Oh Lauren, dont stress over it, I only want to keep the house dust free for your asthma. Yeah the same asthma that miraculously disappeared when I was seven. Sheesh mom was such a worrywart. I sighed and picked up my dirty clothes from the nice hard wood, dusty floor. Good ol dust.
Lolo? A high pitched, voice straight-from-hell, trailed its way up the staircase to my ears.
Damn it I cursed under my breath. Yesm? I called out hiding my irritation well. Mom could get really overbearing.

A natural alliance, as we work in such complementary fields.” He smiled, and Héit nodded in agreement as the other man continued. “What I am specifically suggesting is this: I will carry your products in my stores, and your employees will wear uniforms provided by myself and featuring my logo. In addition, both my stores and yours will advertise combinations of my clothing and your jewelry together, in the form of both catalogs and employee recommendations. It occurred to Pipra only after she'd coiled up and shut the door, that Saklarian closets had never been meant to contain a full grown Petraergo hiding because she'd been raiding the desk of one of their tech department officers; and then the lab group had come back from lunch while she was still in the room.
It was rather funny really, she was near to fifteen feet long and stuffed in a closet like a small child playing hide and seek. She couldn't help but giggle, covering her mouth.
"Hey Bellamy! I think so one was in your desk." It was Macinda, and she didn't seem really amused with the fact. Her Golden eyes scanned the area looking for a clue as to who had been in.
Fern Whitethorn focused her attention on the closet a moment before turning her attention to her more dominate companion "I'm sure it was just some kid getting into the lab. Or that boy of yours, Juniper trying to find your desk." She smiled lightly at Macinda.

Tatenda was searching for some one, it was very important to find him; and find him quickly. The Moonbow needed to get this over with before things got out of hand. It had started a few days ago when he'd been over visiting his friend Lue.
The Srack had bothered and begged the normally schedule bound Talusite, into a photo session at the park. After a long and sometimes ridiculous event the two had sat down to talk watching the odd collection of water foul in the lake.
"I think he has a crush on you."
"Pardon?" Tatenda looked startled at his friend.
"That guy Grenorth, I think he likes you." Lue smiled, propping his chin with his hands in a relatively childish way.
Tatenda snorted "Why in the stars would you think that?"
Lue held up his wrist, a silver charm bracelet dangling from his wrist. One of the charms was a pressed cactus flower that had been laminated to protect it. "Call it Gay-dar." His smile turned to a grin as he watched his friend shift uncomfortably

The Magic Roundabout reviewThe Magic Roundabout review4 years ago in Reviews & Guides More Like This
The Magic Roundabout is a decent film. For you Americans, it's rare. You'd only find it as a godawful butchery done by the creator of The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom. So just like I reviewed all main versions of The Thief and the Cobbler, I am going to review both the original version of this film as well as Doogal.
Now tell me, is it normal to see your childhood memories turned CGI and put in a thrilling adventure? Not at all. Dougal (Robbie Williams) is hungry as usual, Ermintrude (Joanna Lumley) is still a singer and Dylan (Bill Nighy) is still a guitar-playing hippie, only he can play classic rock in this film when he's in the mood. Only a new villain has arrived; Zeebad (Tom Baker), another icy villain. I remember reading a page about this film in a kid's magazine and the magazine accused Zebedee of being the villain. FAIL.
Anyway, Zeebad freezes the roundabout (carousel if you're North American) with all the kids including Florence trapped inside, and so the only ones lef
Thief and the Cobbler reviewThief and the Cobbler review5 years ago in Reviews & Guides More Like This
The Thief and the Cobbler, created by the animator responsible for Roger Rabbit and the Pink Panther, was a beautiful film. That is, if it ever were completed properly. The film is probably the big inspiration for Disneys Aladdin, which was just as great. The animation is so brilliant, not even the likes of Disney or Don Bluth could top it. Its a film youd have to feel bad for, since it took up to 26 years to make and seemed to fail and get butchered.
Its about a cute mute (at least he shouldve been) named Tack, a cobbler, who might compare to Jo-Jo in the Blue Sky version of Horton Hears a Who. The other main character is the swamp-coloured, cheeky, silent thief (at least he shouldve been silent). He is crazy for gold stuff as Scrat from Ice Age is crazy for acorns and he stinks so much that his flies follow him everywhere he goes. Tack falls in love with the pretty Princes

Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure was a real weird film. Weirder than Rock-a-Doodle and Cool World and Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. But better. It was a film Richard Williams did while producing The Thief and the Cobbler and before he animated Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It was based on two popular ragdolls and is kinda like Disney meets Dr. Seuss.
The film begins with a live-action sequence of a young girl coming home from school and going up to her room. But when she goes away, the whole thing turns animated as her favourite ragdoll Raggedy Ann turns from creepy to cutesy and vice versa for the other toys. It's kinda like Toy Story of the 70's. After doing a their first musical number, they find Raggedy Andy who's been trapped under a box from France and claims himself to be "No girl's toy" in song. Hey, the title of the film says it all! But what's in the box? It's a big doll house including a spoilt new doll named Buzz Ligh- uh, I mean Babette. In a snow globe up a

so your Book will tell.
But if they dont know God
Theyll still go to Hell.
You shout in your zeal,
Thou shalt not kill.
And yet your kind God
slays more than we will.
A faith that condemns
the simplest act:
Eating from a tree
the Fruit of Fact,
run by a tyrant
calling for the death
of all those without
His name on their breath,
did not sit with me.
In fact, as I thought,
I slowly became
more and more distraught.
How could this Shepherd
send all of his sheep
and not even weep?
I quit believing
in a faith of gore.
I decided to
be Christian no more.
So when someone says,
I will pray for you.
I smile and answer,
And Ill think for two.
