A man of voluminous size sat at an elegant, solid oak table, in a private dining chamber. It doubled as a trophy room, countless game specimens were stuffed and mounted on the walls. The sprawling horns of a great buck sat over the window, a whole aviary of falcons on hawks on the far wall and an array of big cats filled in whatever space was left. Under the table was the stretched out pelt of a bear, fashioned into a rug. Atop the table sat a splendid dinner of roasted meats, fresh bread and an array of hardy vegetables. The room was lit by the flame of a blazing hearth at the head of the room. The sole window displayed a black night, twinkling stars spread across an ebony canvas. While softly stroking his whitened beard, the man at the table donned a big smile as the doorknob started to turn.

A little voice echoed across one of the many decorated hallways within the castle. The clicking heels of Sinarra ran through the hall, away from the servants that constantly tell her to be careful while doing so. She looked through each doorway and open chamber she could find in search of her brother but to no avail. Sinarra then opened a door that was partly gaping and she pushed it to look inside.
