Hiccup faltered behind his friends, holding the one ruby slipper tight in his hands.
Jack walked back to his side, taking up one of his hands.
Overwhelmed, the second he felt the familiar weight Hiccup burst into tears.
He dropped to his knees, letting the shoe fall into his lap. Jack put his arms around him quickly, Merida and Rapunzel rushing back and holding him too. Toothless burrowed his way between Jack and Hiccup to lick his master's cheek.
" Hiccup? What's wrong?" Merida soothed, her cold hands brushing away his tears.
" I just...i can't do it....i thought we were gonna see the Wizard...i was so happy..."
He started crying harder.
" But now i know i can't do it! He might as well just come out here and shout 'go away'!"
" If you quit now, then it looks like we came all this way for nothing!!" Jack exclaimed harshly, squeezing Hiccup's hand.
" Don't cry, Hiccup." Rapunzel begged,
Dawn of darkness FinaleAs they walked through the smoldering remains of the town Ryan broke down and cried. "why... Why did they have to attack here?" Ryan muttered through tears. "Wait a second, do you guys hear that?" asked Kate as her ears perked up. "I heard it too" said Aqua. They looked at the guild, it wasn't in flames but they heard the sounds of battle inside. "Come on guys the guild needs our help!" said Ryan as he ran for the entrance. As the team made their way down the ladder to the main compound they were instantly thrown into the heat of battle. Darkri's minions were pitted up against the guild. Fire was flying from both sides as were streams of water and razor leaves. "come on guys we have to help them!" yelled Jerry as he fired a hydro pump at one of Darkri's magmorters.Dawn of darkness Finale12 minutes ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

An old Vampire fiction - Chapter 4 I’d easily drained both of the rabbits my mother had brought back and from each I tore some of the meat off and fed it to the small kitten that still hid in the trunk. Even when she’d brought me the rabbits, my mother seemed hesitant to come near me.An old Vampire fiction - Chapter 412 minutes ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
The next morning, my grandfather had helped me down the stairs and sat me in the rocking chair that sat on the front porch. The sunlight felt warm on my skin and the sky was surprisingly clear (it rains quite a bit in Ireland in the summer) but I was still upset. Why are my family members avoiding me? Why are even my mother and grandfather hesitant to be near me?
I was running reasons through my mind as to why but none came to mind except for the fact that I look so much different from everyone else. Then I was trying to find ways to get the reasons. I’ll have to do the trick with mother. She’s the only one who will give in to me.
Ha.V.en XIII - Prologue I: The 13th Day Pt.III Haru quickly walked down the street, trying to keep herself from being noticed by the Syndicate Guards that were standing by a gate being built to block off an alley. She couldn’t help but to slow down and see what was down the alley. It was empty aside from the abandoned shoe that sat in the middle of the narrow path. “Someone must’ve gone missing again…” She caught a glimpse of a vicious dog-like creature sitting in the alley. It’s bloody gruel turned Haru’s stomach. Haru jumped when it hissed at her and quickly regained her quick pace towards the subway station.Ha.V.en XIII - Prologue I: The 13th Day Pt.III18 minutes ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

I walked out my door, the birds chirping happily and my sprinkler whirring as it watered the lush plants in our little front garden.
I inhaled the smell and yet again was thankful I had moved to this little town.
Before I had lived in a city with towering buildings and loud cars with little green anywhere.
I didn’t understand why anyone would ever want to live somewhere like there- I mean how can a place where the air is as dirty as silt be desirable?
Anyway, the change of scenery was nice and I enjoyed the pure blue sky with cotton clouds and the many flowers that fluttered in the breeze, bees and butterflies flying around lazily from flower to flower.
Anyway, today was my first day at school in this beautiful town.
I spent the last week getting used to the place, walking around, gardening, getting oriented.
It was quite a nice week but now it was time for school and I was somehow a bit excit

The fountain that showered it’s glory in the middle of the street, the one kid’s fantasy, also known as a toy store, and more things she loved about the city. She watched as the hovering cars and trucks zoomed by. Then she looked up and watched the clouds move across the sky slowly. Something black on top of a building caught her attention. Haru looked closely and thought it was a person. “A woman?” Haru began to make out what seemed to be wings spreading out from it’s back, then blinked her eyes and looked again. The speck was g

A girl stared down at her chest, gazing at the large wound that was placed where her heart was. She felt the blood running down her legs and in between her toes as she stood in shock. The girl felt her soul dimming, beating faintly as if it were dying. She rose her eyes slowly, scaling up until she saw a Cherry Blossom tree coming back to life. She fell down to her knees and watched as the grass swayed against the warm breeze. The girl sat on her heels and gazed at the sky, watching the sun begin to peek over the horizon. She heard a faint voice crying her name as she faded away.
The sound of a cell phone rung around a white and black stripped room, forcing a girl to wake up from a deep slumber. She glared in annoyance through the darkness of the room at the obnoxious sounding vibration and music and pawed around the nightstand for the phone. Once she felt it vibrating in her hand, the girl squinted at the bright scre
The Beat KnicksThe Beat Knicks are an imaginary band in my Dungeons and Dragons story. They hail from Ingules, a state in Trioniad. The band consists of four bards (officially), but they have guest musicians every now and then on their tours. The leader (on lead vocals, rhythm guitar, and piano) is Jain Lennan. He is the sarcastic, but witty member. Then there is Pol Mackitnity (on some vocals, bass, and piano). Jain and Pol's family's come from Aire. Pol is also the "cute" one. The lead guitarist, Gerg Hamnison, performs a few vocals. He tends to be shyer than the others. He mastered the sitar in Hindera as well. The last member, Rango Sar (percussionist and drummer) is known for his fun loving personality. They took the music world by storm ten years ago and continue to perform bought out shows. The King Of Trioniad made them members of The Bardic Order. The Beat Knicks1 hour ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Harsh sunlight rained down on the back of the seemingly only two warriors left on the barren war grounds. They faced each other, panting from exhaustion with sweat pouring down there faces, knowing that one fatal move could end this century long war for good, either once again resume the balance the earth was born with, or put the face of humanity in a misery almost equal to Hell.
They stood there, trying to anticipate their opponents next move, hoping this fight would end with one of them walking away, leaving their last enemy lying in the field of the heroes and villain's slain by the cruelty of war.
The fighters were growing tiresome, knowing they would not be able to hold this out much longer with the fate of the world depending on them. The dark soldier stared at the warrior in front of him, There scarred and emotionless face was unnerving. He watched them, their dark eyes staring into his very soul.

For the Sake of a FriendRyoshi hurriedly jogged through the streets and about the shops. Not because he was actually trying to get somewhere quickly, no, but because moving about kept his blood pumping and made him feel a bit warmer. Not that it mattered very much, given that the Mawile didn't mind the cold all that much and he was adorned in warm winter apparel that his wife had sewn for him. Those combined meant he was one of the few knights who still didn't mind being out on patrol, as he was now.For the Sake of a Friend1 hour ago in Short Stories More Like This

And there was only one good place to earn extra Cressents in a hurry: The behest board.
He weaved his way out of the shopping

She floated down a hallway and stopped in front of a door. "She can stay here for now." Jack's master opened the door and floated away towards another room. Jack stepped into the room and lay Elona's sleeping body down on the bed. His master came back into the room with an oxygyn tank. "Here. Let's wake her up." She placed the tank on the floor, placed a mask over Elona's face and twisted the gauge. Jack could hear a slight hiss as the air began to fill the mask. My hands were bound together, but my legs were free. I was on a small cot: clean but cold, and my boots and jacket were in an ordered heap on the floor. They took my cell phone, but they’d left the imprint of Leon or Klaus’ foot, Dad had never told me which.
I bent down, my jaw hardly able to move, and picked it up with the tips of my fingers. I brought it close to my chest and imagined myself back home. I could smell the yeast from my Dad’s beer mingled with the soft smell of sawdust. The twins were swinging from the trees as if they were auditioning to be the zoo’s next performing monkeys.
I wanted to see them smile again.

What is War? Pt 1The silence around me deepened as individuals of the Assembly melded into one cacophonous voice and were swallowed completely. I looked about the ramshackle room in which the president, Japheth, lived, a quaint place with two beds, one small and one large—the larger reserved for his daughter, a small nightstand with a tattered Bible and his daughter’s tanzanite prayer beads, and a desk containing the military strategies and decisions he was forced to make on a daily basis. What is War? Others were likely still running about in circles in the training hall, unaware of the darkness that would be coming for them too. That was the goal, my goal, after all. At the cost of my life, I would envelop both the Assembly and the Intransigents in darkness to allow them to become one. Once there, they might be cleansed so that they would be truly equal. Perhaps then there would be nothing left to fight for.
