There are alot of Shortwave Radio Stations out there on the Planet Azeroth. However sometimes you can stumble upon some very strange transmissions. Mysterious voices calling out strings of random numbers for no apparent reason. You see since World War II intelligence agencies have used secret stations to send encrypted assignments and messages to their agents in the field. Unlike cellular and internet based communications these shortwave broadcasts of encoded numbers are untraceable. Governments deny the use of these so called Numbers Stations. But the numbers can still be heard today...

Lore of Warcraft #1: The TitansNot much is known about the so-called Titans, a race of immortal and extremely powerful beings that at some point in the beginning of time started exploring the universe that worlds like Azeroth, Draenor and Argus are part of. When encountering newborn worlds in the vast Nether, they shaped them into fertile lands and vast seas where creatures could live. It was all parts of a plan to create order out of chaos, and they even gave more primitive races powers so that they could watch over the worlds in the Titans absence (Like the Dragon Aspects on Azeroth).Lore of Warcraft #1: The Titans1 day ago in Profiles More Like This
The ruling council of the Titans is known as “The Pantheon”. It is by their command that the Titans brought peace to uncountable worlds in the Great Dark Beyond, and to safeguard them from the vile entities that lived in the Twisting Nether. They called these creatures “Demons”, which were at one point to invade the Titans’ homeworld. It was then that the Pantheon chose one of their own, the great warrio
Lore of Warcraft #2: Old GodsThe Old Gods are a group of malicious and extremely powerful beings that once ruled over the world of Azeroth, before the day that the Titans came to shape and bring order. Where they came from are unknown, but it is evident that their goals are to warp the universe into a dark, inescapable womb of torment. It was apparently the first time that the Titans had ever encountered these beings. The Titans immediately started a war against the Old Gods, destroying their armies of elementals and beings called “The Faceless”. It is believed that if the Titans had destroyed the five Old Gods residing on Azeroth, the world would have been destroyed in an event like the Cataclysm, but at a much larger scale. However, the Titans did their best to subdue the beings and chain them deep below the surface of the world in specially built prisons. The Titans, united in battle, only barely managed to defeat most of them, with the exception of N’Zoth, and C’thun, one by one.Lore of Warcraft #2: Old Gods1 day ago in Profiles More Like This
Justifiable SlaughterWarJustifiable Slaughter5 days ago in Free Verse More Like This
is when one group of people
and another group of people
are told that it is necessary to kill each other
and that it is justifiable to do so,
in the name of a quarrel
between two transcendent beings
whose causes are universally more important
than the millions of lives against them.
These millions of lives
are against them by default, of course,
because their own transcendent leader
is in a quarrel with the other.
So they slaughter each other
in the name of all that is righteous,
until their great gods have had their fill
and reach an agreement,
and the world is right again.
A million deaths is not a tragedy;
It is a million tragedies happening all at once.
Compassion Is CruelSleep was stolen from Apprentice Duskcry a second time in as many nights, her evening spent drawing one hand through the soft mane of an old brown mare and turning a small Shu'halo doll in the other.Compassion Is Cruel6 days ago in Short Stories More Like This
'I'm too soft, aren't I, Aeva?'
Zul'jira had joined the nameless faces of the lost that whipped up a storm in Thestas' pounding head, their pleads for freedom driving away her ability to rest easy. Rescued from a cruel fate - only to be abandoned. Left to the Sargeron satyr to save their own hides.
'I was beginning to believe I'm not soft enough, Thestas.'
The question was, why did she care?
They were all but liabilities. Weren't they? Would this entire endeavor not be so much easier had they simply taken the goblets and fled? Had she not wasted precious seconds fumbling with keys instead of retreating to safety? What if she had left the Sunwalker and the Primalist to rescue the others? The nonchalant Raven Priest with promises of power; the young Shaman with

The next team who consists of two people, one a male Orc called Gorefiend and a female human called Luna Eldin. They get settled in and Eldin goes to the Broadcast Room and enters the password to unlock the Cypher File so that messages can be sent. Already there is a broadcast ready to send out. They both figure that it will be a rather uneventful shift due to the fact that nothing is really happening in the world. They have been monitoring the station on their radios for the last three days and have not heard that many broadcasts. Only five in total were heard during that time.
No unauthorized devices, crystals, artifacts, anything that could send out a signal or be tracked was allowed inside the station for obvious reasons. No outbound connections on unsecured lines where allowed. All communications in the station were sen

A small room's door was opened widely, a singular arcane crystal dimly lit the room a crimson colour. The ruby coloured bed sheet draped over the small and petite bed. A ginger cat was lay on the sheet, purring as it lay. The tattered and shredded ribbon lay loosely at it's neck. The molted fur littered over the bed. It purred once more as it ran it's head up and down the soft pillow.
A firey haired female headed into bedroom, her face fuming with anger. She collapsed suddenly onto the bed, making the ginger cat hiss slightly as the bed shook with the female. The kitten headed towards the female and started to walk down her back, slowly and timidly. The long tail was stroking against the exposed flesh of the ginger female. The female scowled, "Go away Rum..." To which the kitten meowed happily and stepped off the female, laying next to the female, curling up into a ball.
The fire-haired elf stared at the kitten with fel green eyes, tilting her
Professor Mortan O'Brien aka The ProfessorGood evenin', mornin', mid-day or what-have-you, class! I am Professor Mortan O'Brien, however those who are among the Ebon Blade, or were once part of the Lich King's Scourge would know me as only "The Professor" for I have at one time forgotten who I was. Now, get out your quills, parchment, ink or blood if you fancy that, and get ready to take notes.Professor Mortan O'Brien aka The Professor1 day ago in Profiles More Like This
If you have attended my previous class, which was called "The Description", then you have an idea of what I look like. But now, those who have even bothered to refer to their notes, would ask...'Who was this man before he became this rotter'? An excellent question which I will answer with what I know. Unfortunately, it won't be much since I'm still discovering my own past myself.
To begin, I, Mortan O'Brien, was born a long time ago in the City of Lordaeron to a family of scholars. I of course took up the family tradition when I was of age and of proper education, to become a teacher. The subjects I taught was going from simple history,
The Winter Veil FaireA smile was pasted on my face as I walked through the gates into my father's home. Hopefully my father would be around, that way I could tell him about the play which Gaffer wrote for the Sunrain's Winter's Veil Faire. He loves comical things, and Veritia said he would enjoy it.The Winter Veil Faire3 days ago in Profiles More Like This
My smile widened as the small ginger kitten coiled around my leg, rubbing itself against my new robe. The smell of the kitten was soon covering the perfumed robe. Due to the box which Aleskia had given me, I was unable to pick the kitten up, and thus I carried on walking, letting the cat trot behind me with a few mews in delight.
I carried on walking forwards until I came to a bench. My father was sat sharing a bottle of Suntouched with his eldest brother, Cirion. I was unsure why the two of them were speaking, but I decided it must have been important. I would have to talk to my father later.
I walked further on through the gardens until my father called out, "Milriel!" which made my entire body turn on my hee
