hey guys...ive been saying for a while that i was gonna do some fan art for the anime series Stand Alone Complex......so i wanted to show you guys a work in progress shot of her head:)


this is a couple of hours worth of work, the main difficulties where getting the face to look how i wanted it to, since im working from my head its somewhat more time costly but none the less more rewarding.

by the time im finished there should be a full on Tachikoma (robo spider-tank) in there for her to sit on........full on homage to Shirow:)

Very nice. The reflection of the city on her glasses, the orange light, the face and the hair look great. Those brush strokes around her head just seem out of place.
