I can't believe so many artists dedicate their efforts and time to create authentic works of art for us to USE freely! In the world of 3D stocks [ most of it unknown to the photomanipulators ] you can find truly inspiring fantasy and surreal elements that could never be captured by a regular camera. And the best part is that most of them come in a transparent background, so we can simply click and drag onto our work. How fun, fast and easy is that?

Some things to consider:
Try looking at real wolf paws or any kind of stylized ones you like (such as PearlEden) depending upon what you like to look at and what you think you can do. (I defiantly lean more toward stylized paws, lol)
I love your coloring in this, and the only real thing I can see that needs some direction is the fur. Try to make it go in all different directions. If you look at the neck fur on the Grios pic, you can see how i did that: [link] (I use my own as example cus I know how I did it) The more you make all the fur on the head or say neck or tail area go only one direction, the more it looks like someone sprayed it with hairspray.
Your head shape is a bit off, but, lol, who's isn't? Just take a look at more refrence photos and any and all the problems listed above will clear up really quick.
I just want to say I am deeply impressed with this, and I really admire your coloring on it too.

with the head, you wanna watch out for where his eye should be on the other side that we can't see, it bulges out a bit too much...hope you know what i mean eheh...
also, a tip:
look, study and draw realism.
look at a real wolf, draw it, notice where all the bends and curves are. I used to hate drawing something in front of me, even though people said it was beneficial doing that, i didn't really believe them and it was boring. However, i discovered that it actually IS amazingly helpful, i suddenly feel like i know what i am doing and not just putting lines down because i know they should be there or it would look weird. I know WHY they have to be there and WHY it would look weird.
sorry if you are already doing that and all. just a tip
