I've taken to calling her Hydra CX Queen of the Sea!

I chose to do water, and this is what I came up with P: This /was/ a bit lighter (And less ugly) an such but Mr. Scanner no likey Blu's pictures P:
It's a cross between a wolf and some water-type...thing... :l
I tried to make the hair flow to look like it was turning into water, but I fail >.> Oh, and them little glowy things on the side and head an such are lil sacs of glawing bacteria! Yaaay
Them red things aren't scars either, they're just markings C:
I'm tired of seeing cutesy innocent-looking element pictures, so in this one, she's a darker variaty of blue and she's EVIL C:< (Hence me trying to draw slanted eyes without puples :l )
I had started this a bit ago, but just got around to finishing
