Tikalies newest member in her party, a wartortle :D One of the pokemon she will have later on in the doujinshi.

I don´t think I´ve ever drawn him before :O_o: There´s many pokemon I havn´t drawn.. I hope he doesn´t looks weird or anything <=3 I did only use one reference pic, it was from The official pokemon annual that I got from ~BEAR2041 (the same as it is in the pokedex and on all posters).

It sorta looks wierd but, its better than i can do. Also i love the sun shining through the water afect, how did you do that?

I think it would have looked better if I tried doing it more my own style and not using reference. This is more as he looks like in the anime, he is much cuter drawn in other styles.. =3 And I admit that I suck on drawing him ^^;
Well, I was a bit lazy on the bg.. so it doesn´t fit that much.. <_<; But I used the gradient tool with 2 blue colors on one layer, then made a new layer where I doodled it a bit darker and lighter with diffrent blue colors.
But the sun effect is from a new layer where I used gradient tool (set on the angel gradient), here you also set it as noise instead of solid and mix with the color setings so it´s most green/blue. At last you change the opacity to about 19. I think there´s some good tutorials about this here on DA.
I was going to do more on the bg so it was more realistic underwater but well.. *roll eyes* I have to much schoolwork and I don´t always like to wait to get picture finnished. <=3

Yeah, they have pretty cool tails =P I know a person who think these tails is the uggliest ever ^^; But I don´t agree with him. I think they´re cool, and kind of fluffy =3 looks like a comfortable pillow.. :XD:
