while i love the concept this piece has too many little flaws cumulated. Please take this as *constructive* criticism because there's no mean intent in what i say:

the way the edges of the girl is blurred is too strong (never blur the end product , it blurs the brushes as seen here, not a good move).
also her face lacks contrast. if you add more contrast you could duplicate the layer with the girl pic , then then set it to soft light or overlay and on the original girl pic you could run the diffuse glow filter (background color : white, graininess :0) , it would bring out the white of her face and it would still have more contrast.
also a tip , use the dodge and burn tools to highlight or darken areas like the eyes and lips.

Also i think you should try to work on greyscale mode then in the end , put the color so they flow all together, if that makes sense. i think the result would be more powerful.

bottom line, i really like the background with the tombstones , trees and sunset but there's just too many "wrongs" on the girl.
