After reading the artist's comment on this stamp [link] I felt relief. And a little bit of embarrassment that I fell into hysteria along with thousands of deviants

So in sumary, the bill won't make art theft legal, allow me to quote:

"The Orphan Works bill (which has been around since 2005) makes no concessions to steal your art.

It only covers work for which:
--> the copyright owner cannot be found, or
--> the copyright has expired and no claims by heirs have been made to said copyright, or
--> the art belongs to the public domain

Know your rights under the Copyright Act of 1976.
Read the Bill itself, or summaries as provided by the US Government."

But I will keep this stamp, since I still want to state that I'd never abandon my art. (And I got a lot pageviews and favs in a short time, sasasasa....)
