While numerous specialists have proven that this is a legend, the myth of the Book of all Books (a book that contains all books and all upcoming books into it) has recently gained more and more popularity.

It is of no doubt that this can’t be true, and for the own good of the Population and Order, the Great Committee has wisely forbidden any cult of this heresy.

However, the recent discovery of a huge artefact is adding more and more worshipers to the cult, and the Great Committee has decided to send its best researchers to solve this once and for ever.

Inspired by the style of Jorge Luis Borges and an homage to his short stories. I'm just realizing afterwards that the work of Schuiten and Peeters has been an unconscious influence too.

People, pages and book are a real photo, only the background (sky) is altered.

Damn, JS. This is really striking and all-kinds-of-wonderful! I tried something a little like this a couple weeks ago, and mine didn't come out anything as perfect as this one of yours did, so I made plans to try and redo it a few times. Your scope and focal points are much better than what I was trying to do with this *huge* oversized book a friend of mine had as a prop for me to use. You're still the master of things like this, though... perhaps if I get mine looking better, I'll be able to just show you it sometime.

Until then, this is right on par with your portfolio: beautiful, engaging, and inspiring!

Yes, I really have it :)

If you are an Agent of the Great Committee you should be more careful when denying the Great Book of All Books...
