Ratigan has to be the best villian that has ever came out (haha, came out) of Disney! He's such a hostile, snarky, fancy fuck, and I love hostile, snarky, fancy fucks. :B Oh, and you can't forget the Vincent Price bit. Even though I hate rats/mice in general for a reason. They reproduce to fucking much and too fucking fast!
Oh, and for people who don't know, Ratigan is from the The Great Mouse Detective, which is what many people have already said before is a very underated Disney movie. :< Yes, I do kinda tend to lean more for the Disney movies between the lul of The Black Cauldron and The Little Mermaid. I guess it's because of how differen't they were.
HOLY CRAP. I WATCHED THAT MOVIE EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY AS A KID. THAT GUY SCARED THE PANTS OFF ME. I NEED TO STOP USING THE CAPS-LOCK.
Great, I need to watch this again because I don't remember the movie at all. I just remember Ratigan being as scary as fuck (which is a good villain in my book). Although, my favorite Disney villain is still Gaston, because he's awesome. Yeah I'm using this stamp.

In the same boat as you. XD My family had it recorded, along with Ferngully, and we would watch both of those movies over and over and over all day long everyday when I was a little kid! I wish we didn't loose that tape now, even though it's probably worn out or dead from watching it so much. ;_;
I used to think Ratigan was scary, too. It's until recently from watching some clips and stuff that I realized that he is sort of fruity (not like that's a bad thing XD), with his thugs swooning over him and all, and not really that scary for me anymore. [link] Thanks to the good 'ole intrawebs introducing me to even scarrier stuff than Ratigan, for me that is.
However, I've never really considered Gaston a villain, though. I thought of him more as just some douche bag that loved showing off, and a domestic conflict gone horribly wrong. XD He was just too big of a douche to called a villain for me. XD Even though he killed Bambi's mother, we all know it's true. >:B

Well, Gaston comes closest to being the villain in Beauty and the Beast. I agree - he's not a villain-villain, but yeah.
Okay, fine. My favorite VILLAIN from Disney is Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. He was creepy as fuck. Like, he sang that song about wanting to have sex with Esmerelda. In Victor Hugo's original novel, Frollo was actually a lot younger and not like an old, sick, fuck, so it wasn't as bad in the book when he wanted to do naughty things with that woman.
Also Quasimodo is really ugly.

Thanks! :3 It's funny how unlike most other Disney villains, Ratigan would pretty much be no threat to a normal sized human, though, unless he was carrying Rabies or the Bubonic plague. XD

Ratigan is the top villian. Especially since he doesn't have any special powers. Almost every Disney villian has a special power. Or at least they are special in some way. Ratigans simply smart, and he's fricking awsome for it!
