This is Quasimodo from 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' - I'm sure you recognise him ^^ In case you didn't already know, he's my most fave character ever. I love him 
Anyway this is the saddest scene ever - when they rope him down and throw stuff at him. I think it is definatly one of Disney's darkest moments - don't you?
