Bio: Solomon is a calm, rather stoic stallion to most breezies who see him. However, the breezies that know him know that whenever his daughter around, that composed face completely melts away and he becomes the most doting father in the grotto. This surprises a fair amount of his coworkers when they first learn that he has a daughter, since he never talks about her - but then, he is rather quiet anyway, and is known to focus on his work well when he needs to. 

Solomon had his daughter Jacaranda (Jackie) with his partner - a skimmer named Ren - who passed away due to a bush cat accident before the egg hatched (concieved using the equal hearts potion). Solo became rather reserved after that, but was determined to love his daughter with as much love as two dads. He tells her stories about Ren every once in a while. He spends time with Jackie whenever he can, and makes it a point to keep work at work for the most part. His daughter's pretty interested in ultra rare elemental traits, though, so she doesn't mind when he brings some research home as long as he explains it to her as best he can. They love each other loads. 

In terms of his homosexuality, he's open about being gay, but he's not flamboyantly so. Some ponies are surprised to find that he's attracted to stallions. He and Alden, after many drunk nights, mutual pining, and uncertainty, finally get together and become mates. Surprisingly, Jackie is the biggest and most unexpected wingman throughout this ordeal, though being the oblivious boys they are, neither Solo nor Alden realize the extent to which she's been trying to get them together. 

He's pretty close with his older sister, Giselle, and the two keep in touch. He also tends to be a bit on the larger side of the Darter size scale. 

He and Alden like to go to the Groggy Frog on their nights out, so both of them are fairly well acquainted with Theodore.
