Very beautiful! I personally like the strong line art in his hair and arms since it brings out the white color so well. Also his glance is good eye-catcher in this pic since it steers the glance of the spectator so much: the blue eye directs the viewers eye to his blue crown which create a connection together being the only blue objects in the picture, and create an interesting tension together with the other colors.
Not to mention about the grandeur of his handsome appearence. :)
