Again with the pirates thing… this time on large floating ships… this was done a while back.
Some where I’ve got some lose storyboards of a pullout sequence from the deck of the ship as people set up stalls in the market place, slowly we move back and up until a guy climbing rigging comes into shot then a sweep ‘round to show that we are actually on a huge ship.
Looks great. I personally love the idea of flying ships, and it´s great how you have managed to create something original in a field that is so crammed up with used ideas. So, to the original part: The ships hull look like that of an old Kogg but the upper part is crowded like an ants nest, filled with little details. The medieval influences look great too, not too technical this one. Oh, and the little sail in the ships gack side looks good. Great work!
Hi, and thanks for taking the time to comment... Yeah, (Cog)Koggs... Had lots of fun once trying to find reference for the Stortebeker project I worked on... now I find them everywhere...
Thanks very much for the comment and the fave... much appreciated... Its wierd but I think out of everything I've posted this sketch has had the best response...
Thanks, and what exactly does being on a friends list entail? I still don't really know my way around this site properly... but friends are good, so thankyou...
