In order to improve your skills you must surpass yourself. Constant training and patience is required to get a piece you can be truly satisfied with. And that is what I have done now... after personal meanigs.
This is a black dragon. Not difficult to spot that. The total ammount of hours spent on this is 12. So its been a while. There is not much of details to spot other than on the dragon and on the ground. A dead horse and a knight that is terrified are the funny little details here. (By funny I dont mean its fun to kill horses, but you get the point no?)
Partially inspired by D&D Dragons (Red & Black & Pose) drawn by Ron Spencer. Spesifically scale model used in monster manual.

A painstakingly drawn picture is only digitalised so that this Traditional Art of drawing can spread to the world of internet. After spending 12 hrs on it, the result of this drawing is simply amazing. Each body structure of the mystical dragon was drawn with incredible details.
