Additional Info:

Rex was born in a secret underground lab owned by the mob, located under the Luxor in Las Vegas. He was created from the DNA of an anthropomorphic rabbit and a reptile. It's rumored Rex came about thanks to a challenge was issued to the former boss of Milo's gang as a bet from Satan himself. Said challenge was to create an impossible animal, and the mob boss would be absolved of death and the journey to hell. Well, he's dead now, so we can see where winning the challenge got him.

Before the Luxor Labs were raided, Rex learned about engineering and mechanics there. After they were raided, he was given funding for university by the rather uncharacteristically kind mob boss, Milo. Milo took him under his wing as his apprentice, and soon discovered the Rabbitile's penchant for violence. He took it upon himself to try and instill more positive traits in the creature.
