Mermaids Hypnosis

My second attempt. I read a few more tutorials, and did a few practice runs befor finishing this one up. I'm really pleased with the out come. I used a nude stock photo from LockStock, and Underwater by PirateQueen-Stock, both do beautiful photography. I also used AquaLilia Mermaid brush by AquaLilia, 1000 Stars by Alsnd12, and Bubble Brushes by Poison-Stock112. The border brushes I used Circle and Swirl Brush by Meleada, and Branches and Foliage brush by LadyVictoire.
