I love the "Ñ", Long live the "Ñ"

No wonder [why] I'm not an emoticonist. Pixels are -for me- one of the most complicated -and traumatizing to make- , yet most appealing kinds of digital art. I really admire Pixel artist and emoticonists. Being able to create art at with so small canvas from scratch is something that amazes me.

Yet, I dislike Pixel art thieves as much as I dislike any art thief. People that recolour art from someone else, that modifies them and calls them "their". You know who I mean. Those sprite modifiers (mostly, as seen recently, from Sonic characters) that lurk around the internet, and even recently on dA. That's why I'd be an hypocrite if I said this was an original idea of me on the whole.

This idea was heavily inspired by :ilovedevart: by =zacthetoad, yet NOT traced nor simply recoloured and modified. I used the "Emoticon Tutorial: Bases." by =darkmoon3636 to learn how to make a base for an emoticon (I never made one before); Then added the details and spent a good night (Never start a work at 2:00 am!) trying to figure out how the *aorwh* I use this program I got to animate it.

Obviously, this piece is another show of my support to the -already past- "Hispanic day on deviantART", and to the new group in formation, plotted by =edwheeler, *Petronieska, *chinad0ll and their cast and crew of "deviants hispanos".

Is NOT an entry to the "1st hispanic day on dA" contest, as the deadline already passed, and as I, as "prize-giver" for the contest, am Unqualified to participate, anyways.
